    The question is, on his DS-3025 form he should have received from the immigrant medical provider, was he provided a blanket waiver code for the Hep-B vaccine for "Insufficient time to complete series" (Blanket Waiver Legend "B") and on the back of the form was the box checked that says, "K Visa applicant voluntarily completed vaccine requirements" ? If so, he does not need a new medical exam from a civil surgeon.

    Looking at the statistic trends, it appears that interviews for all Adjustment of Status applicants are on a sharp increase since the new administration took over. The last time Trump was the president, there were very few interview waivers for green card applications and it appears that they are going back to that policy.

    Since he entered on a valid visa which included biometrics at the embassy interview stage and likely at his Port of Entry inspection, he is considered registered

    I'm a firm believer that it can't hurt to go on "Ask Emma" ask to chat with a live agent and explain that your biometrics appointment for the I-765 was almost a month ago and the case status never changed to "Being Actively Reviewed" like it did for the I-485 and if they could check on it for you. We have done that before for our I-129F and for the I-485/I-765 when it was almost a month with no biometrics appointment scheduled. Both times we got movement on the case within a couple of days. Coincidence? Who knows? but using Ask Emma is free and open for anyone to use

    This is why we didn't file one for Jaycel.... The approval timelines are all over the place and for us it wasn't worth the money.

    Yes the NBC usually handles all the I-765s. How long ago was the biometrics appointment for the I-765?

    Ok so if you did not get a confirmation then doing it at the PoE is the best bet. Just be sure to have her advise the CBP officer that there is going to be an address change as soon as she reaches the booth for inspection.

    This is very true.... You really have to become an A+ student on these processes to DIY So you used the account you used to file the I-130? If so then the best bet is to do as I suggested above and have her report the new address to the CBP officer at the Port of Entry

    I'd listen to @OldUser.... just did the N-400 interview a few weeks ago and knows the deal with the process. One of the most detail oriented members giving advice here.

    Just curious... what account did you use to do the address change on the USCIS site? I had to change mine after I submitted the I-129F for Jaycel and I got an email from USCIS-CaseStatus@dhs.gov with confirmation an an AR-11 receipt number that started with COA and a service request number on it. Did you do the change of address based on the I-130 petition or something?

    If this is for an IR-1/CR-1 visa, have her update the address with the Customs and Border Protection Officer that does her inspection at the Port of Entry.

    Just want to be sure I understand, you received two different biometrics appointment notices, one for each form? (because you had to resubmit the I-765) If that is the case, were the biometrics appointments on different dates and did you attend both? Or did you attend one and bring both notices?

    If you can look at your biometrics appointment letter, do you see the receipt numbers for both the I-485 & the I-765 listed?

    Supporting evidence for the beneficiary's address history is not required for the I-129F

    There is no upload option in CEAC for K-1 visa applicants. Unless the embassy in Thailand has a separate procedure for uploading documents prior to the interview, your fiancée will bring them to the biometrics appointment/interview.

    Read what the RFE says and give them what they ask for.... don't just "overload them with documents"

    So that the evidence (Paystubs) supports the number you put for this - Take the gross earnings from the paystubs you are going to submit for evidence and multiply that by the number of pay periods in the year. If the hourly rate and hours are a constant across those paystubs then yes your formula would be correct

    That means they have been scanned and entered into ELIS (Electronic Case Management System at USCIS) and you will be able to manage your case via the my.uscis.gov portal once you receive your online access code
