  1. That's the same as we experienced... the support staff there were all very friendly and helpful and we also noticed that pretty much all the other officers that were calling people in for interviews seemed very pleasant and kind. Happy you guys had a good experience!
  2. Thanks @TBoneTX for linking this thread in another thread! For those in the Denver area! Highly recommended - The staff and Doctor are super friendly, efficient and knowledgeable Centennial Medical Center 12150 East Briarwood Ave Ste. 105 Centennial, CO 80112 Centennialmedcenter@gmail.com Tel: 303-790-1999 // Fax: 303-790-4866 https://www.centennialmedcentercmc.com/immigrationexams Full Immigration Medical Exam Package cost : $ 390.00 (Not including vaccines which they recommend getting elsewhere that accepts insurance and/or has lower costs) Normal processing - 1st Appointment is blood work/testing then 10 days later when the results are all in, you go for the physical exam and receive the completed I-693 the same day (They allow you to review it before they seal it and give you a copy of the entire I-693) They DO offer Vaccine Assessment only for those just missing vaccines (You can get the vaccine done anywhere as long as you have valid proof): $50.00 They had Jaycel's I-693 for just the Vaccine Assessment back to us in just 2 days
  3. For anyone around Denver, Centennial Medical Center (CMC) which is just a couple of blocks away from the USCIS Field Office will do just the vaccine assessment
  4. We had to do this in Denver.... we finally found one that would do just the vaccine assessment part but we didn't realize they would do it until we got there to the office. We had basically given up on finding one and we were going to just do the whole exam over again because every place we called, the person on the phone told us they only do the full exam. When we got to the place we decided on, we asked again to the person checking us in and she wasn't sure so she went to the clinic manager who said, "Of course we will do that". We brought Jaycel's vaccine record for the Polio vaccine from CVS plus her DS-3025 from her overseas medical exam and they transferred it to the vaccine assessment part of the I-693, signed and sealed and we were all set.
  5. It depends.... that program was cut for I-765 & N-400 applicants. It did affect some I-485 applicants by mistake but Jaycel received her card automatically with no issue
  6. Thanks! We got a verbal approval in the interview on July 23rd, the official notification came 24 hours later on the 24th. On July 29th Jaycel received her new SS Card and that same day her status changed to "Card Produced". We got the Green Card in the mail 3 days later on Aug. 1st.
  7. Here's the link of our Green Card interview experience in Centennial in July
  8. If he's not in the country on the day you sign the petition then you don't have to answer those items. The difference of a few days in filing is nothing in the grand scheme of things so I would do as you planned, wait until you are at the new address, file it with that as your current address and he will be out of the US at that point so you can leave those items blank and it's a nice, clean petition that you will file
  9. If you have not received a receipt notice via the e-notification method and/or your payment method has not been processed then you can make an inquiry to the lockbox email 30 days after they received your submission. If you have received your receipt number, and you didn't receive the NOA1 in the mail, you have to wait for 60 days from the date of your receipt notice to ask for a new NOA1.
  10. In addition, manage your expectations as an expedite for a K-1 petition is one of the most difficult to get approved by USCIS. There are very few reasons they even consider.
  11. Second vote for this.... Make it a clean packet. Just note if you file the petition while they are inside the U.S., you have to fill out the items 38.a - 38.h. in Part 2 of the I-129F
  12. This is right from the DFA website: CORE REQUIREMENTS FOR ADULT RENEWAL APPLICATIONS Confirmed Online Appointment (click here) Accomplished Application Form Personal Appearance Current ePassport with photocopy of data page; and Original PSA-issued documents that will support the change of name. Certificate of Marriage; Annotated Certificate of Live Birth; Annotated Certificate of Marriage to show annulment/divorce/court ordered instruction; and/or Certificate of Death of Spouse. NOTE: If a woman opts to retain maiden name, a PSA-issued Certificate of Marriage is not required.
  13. She just needs to print it out after you email it to her... there is a report from someone who just did it here on VJ
  14. Get your FBI History check here: https://www.fbi.gov/how-we-can-help-you/more-fbi-services-and-information/identity-history-summary-checks#Online If you do the fingerprinting electronically at a participating USPS office, you get the report quickly. I got mine back like 2 hours after I did my fingerprints at the Post Office. You will then email it you your fiancée and they will bring it to the CFO session
  15. We just went today to convert Jaycel's driver license to a "Real ID" driver license now that she has her Green Card
  16. Ours was about a page and a half of narrative and then we had about 50 pages of pictures and text / messenger screenshots (we were together a little over 2 years when we filed with me living in the Philippines with her for a year of that time so we had lots of evidence)
  17. Ah ok! When you said her flight to come home I thought you meant to come here to the US. Sorry for the misunderstanding. We have not used the email address before but I know a couple of Filipinas that had to and they actually do respond. I never asked them how quickly but it can't hurt to email now and follow up with a phone call to the number on Monday
  18. I would email that inquiry address immediately and prepare yourself mentally that she is not going to make that 9/26 flight. The embassy still has to process the visa and issue it and then she has to do the CFO appointment.
  19. I am a firm believer in "Front Loading" the I-129F petition with as much evidence as you have (especially in your case with a short timeline). The bar for approval at USCIS is relatively low but where this Front Loading helps is that the Consular Officer conducting the interview will have access to the I-129F petition. This is where the bar for approval is higher and having all the evidence you can gather already attached to the I-129F is extremely beneficial. I would also recommend visiting her while the I-129F is being processed (if you're able to) and when she's asked at the interview when was the last time she saw you in person, she can say "Oh just a couple of months ago and I have evidence of that visit with me here".
  20. I can only tell you what Jaycel did to address her issue.... The first window is just for collecting documents, etc and we figured that the best way to approach it was to tell the Consular Officer who would be actually looking at her DS-160
  21. The 2nd window with the actual consular officer
  22. Not necessarily... it all depends when an adjudicator gets around to looking at it. The filing category was the only thing I can think of off the top of my head. From the status updates you describe, I'm going to assume your receipt numbers start with MSC and not IOE correct? It's possible the denial is just your expedite request but there's really no way of knowing for sure until you get the notice in the mail.
