  1. Okay, it says to include parents if they physically reside with you so I wanted to be sure.
  2. My spouse (the one applying for Adjustment of Status) and I live with my parents. They do not sponsor her. I put only myself on the Affidavit of Support because I support her and am her sole sponsor. On the household size for the I-485, I put 2 (me and her). We have an interview next week and I'm wondering if I should have put 4 instead on household size to account for my parents as well. Do I need to correct it to 4, and if so, how would I do that?
  3. Yes there are a few. They're still showing our initial flight on there too. I spoke with someone at the airlines and they assured me we would be fine.
  4. I don't know. They canceled our later flight.
  5. My fiancé and I are flying in to DFW from the Philippines via Japan. We have a 2 and a half hour layover before flying to Little Rock, Arkansas. Is that enough time for her to get through customs and immigrationand catch our flight? She has a Philippines passport and is coming in on a K1 visa, I have a US passport. I'm a little worried because we had a 6 hour layover and they re-booked us to an earlier flight.
  6. I'll definitely relay that info to my fiancée for her interview
  7. This was for the K-1 visa, right?
  8. So scan and email documents then? Got it. I don't have to worry about a divorce decree.
  9. I've gotten info from a couple of people, but I just want to get more information on it. My fiancée has her visa interview next month. I was planning to mail her the documents she needs from me, but I've heard that I can just email these to her instead. Would she be fine if emailed, or do they need to be original physical copies?
  10. I messed up with posting it but it's above this post.
  11. My fiancée and me were just on video call and she decided to check around 9:30am CST (or 10:30pm in the Philippines), and there was a spot open for September 24th (two available times at 6:30am and 7:30am).
  12. My fiancée just got an interview scheduled for September 24th.
  13. My fiancée just got an interview scheduled for September 24th.
  14. In the DS-160 it does have a spot for the "arrival city" though.
  15. Alright, thanks for the input.
  16. You have experience with this? I just don't want to have any problems at the POE.
  17. If the DS-160 has already been submitted, is it an issue if the visa applicant arrives in another city than the one given on the DS-160? e.g. DS-160 says she'd arrive in Atlanta but she arrives in Dallas instead.
  18. My fiancée has been checking for about a month now, still no appointments available.
  19. My fiancée has been checking for about a month, still nothing.
  20. No, she could probably check more times a day. She just hasn't had an opportunity yet.
  21. US Embassy in Manila. She's only checked twice. Once last night and once this morning. She checks for any appointment, and it says none are available.
  22. I haven't found anything regarding this on here. My fiancée is trying to set an interview date for her K1 visa, and the embassy website tells her that there are no appointment dates available. Has anyone else experienced this?
