  1. Question for folks who already had their interview or got their interview notice: Was interview notice mailed by (came from) National Benefits Center, Missouri or by local field office? Can you please tell who sends the notices out?

  5. I suggest u call USCIS or do live chat with agent to check if your case has been assigned to the officer or if its in line for interview schedule. Some people have tried that and were able to get this info. I also tried but my agent was not very friendly. I would say u also try your luck and see if u find any updates.
  6. I am also still waiting and waiting
  7. I am nervous as I see people who applied after me are getting their interviews scheduled even at my local FO. I don’t know if my case has been assigned to officer for review yet or it is just sitting there.
  8. Did u ever called them or had a chat with uscis asking why your case was taking longer?
  9. Ok thank you for sharing information. So it means field office pick the cases and schedules the interviews themselves versus NBC sending the cases to them and scheduling? Like pull vs push?
  10. Best of luck. In one of your previous posts u said your case was stuck in background checks. How did u know this? Did they tell u that?
  11. @AndrewSeattle Congrats! I applied on 03/13 and still waiting for interview in Seattle. Your case was quick. You got your green card based on marriage or employment? Do you know about others from Seattle area who applied in Feb/March and what is their status? Was Seattle office crowded with people who had interviews today? And which part of Seattle you live in? I have heard some cases from south of seattle can be assigned to Portland office. Sorry for so many questions Quote
  12. What is your field office and when did u apply?

  14. Starting this thread for folks whose field office is Seattle and they filed N-400 in 2024. Please share your timeline here. Below is my timeline Application submitted: 03/13/2024 (5 years rule - filed 90 days early) Biometrics Notice date: 03/13/2024 (Reused) Case is being actively reviewed by USCIS date: 03/13/2024 Interview Scheduled Notice: ?? Interview Date: ??
  15. Can you share your interview experience? Did officer ask you about child support?
  16. Your case is marriage based (3 years) or employment based (5 years rule)?
  17. You talked to live agent or only Emma? I am trying with same question but it is pointing me to uscis case status links. Can you tell me the prompts you used before you asked “what stage my case is at?” Thank you
  18. What did you ask Emma specifically when it said “you’ve been entered in the system that schedules interviews“? I will ask same question for myself.
  19. Sure will do. Your green card was employment based, right?
  20. Anyone here from Seattle who is still waiting for interview to be scheduled?
  21. I applied for naturalization on 3/13/2024. I did not upload evidence for payment of speeding tickets fine when I applied N-400 online. I answered YES to the question that asked "Have you EVER been cited, detained, arrested etc...", provided additional details and thought I will take the proofs with me for interview. I am wondering if this may delay my interview scheduling and should I now upload the evidence as unsolicited evidence while the N-400 application is being processed? I need suggestions please.
