  2. Yes they did. We’re going to try and resend it first with the old fees and see what happens. I’m confused by this question as this is my only account on here?
  3. Thank you for your response! I actually called USCIS and they said if it didn’t state on the notice I received that I had to pay the new fees then I wasn’t required to pay the extra amount thankfully! I’m going to leave this up incase anyone else faces the same issue.
  4. Update: I called USCIS and they said I won’t have to pay the additional fees as long as I resubmit it within the next two weeks! Hi all, I sent my AOS application on the 28th of March but unfortunately it was returned as I accidentally missed one of the signature sections. Will USCIS waive the new fee if I send it back immediately or will I have to pay the new fees? Thank you!
