Same here today!
Received an sms, saying the same thing.
Checked the case tracked and my EAD is approved. Applied March 8th, Biometrics was 29th of March. 41 days after biometrics

Very good news for you both too! I recieved my card today (very cool looking I must say). I must say that the thought of getting a job is both exciting and daunting.

Did you get any updates? My standalone approval notice was sent 4/21 and my status remains the same. According to the notice they take 1 to 2 weeks to produce the card.

I've also read that it takes 1-2 weeks from some and 2-3 weeks from others, my experience suggests the latter is more accurate. As soon as I have news I'll update you - please do the same if you gets yours before me 😁
Just recieved a notification saying that action has been taken on one of my cases. Upon checking my account it now shows that my EAD card has been produced (18 days)! I'll update once it is recieved.

Hello all!
Just a little update. Attended my biometrics appointment 04/17 in Alexandria, VA. Took a grand total of 5-10 minutes to go in, find where it was, check in, and have my fingerprints and photo taken. It was incredibly fast and there were only 4-5 people in the waiting area. I am going to guess it was because it as mid-week at 12pm. My cases immediately changed to "actively reviewed". I saw something on here that made me check my USCIS account and see if anything had changed - turns out my I-765 has already been approved, with the approval date being 04/19. This whole experience is surreal as the K1 process has conditioned me to think everything takes years.
Hoping for quick approvals for everyone else too!

Hello all! Joining in on this too. Packet sent to Elgin lockbox via UPS 03/21. Recieved 03/25. I-797C recieved via text 03/29.
Spoke to an agent through Ask Emma and recieved no information regarding my biometrics appointment info or my online access code. It was honestly impressive how useless the agent was, as when I asked for my online access code I essentially got "you'll get it when you get it" as a response. I then asked about biometrics and received the automatic response of "thank you for contacting USCIS, have a great day!". Regardless, I am surprised by how quick I recieved the notification based on the varying experiences on here.

Approved on the 30th October! Last step, flying in January after teaching this final school term 😁 Good luck to those still waiting

DS160 completed. Visa fee paid. Interview booked (30th October). Just waiting on my Police Certificate so I can book my medical - which is taking ages to arrive (paid for 9 days ago)!

Just FYI, when our case seemed overdue looking at the updated spreadsheet in this thread I decided to contact my Congressman's office and they were amazingly helpful and filed a Congressional Inquiry on my behalf. They forwarded a USCIS response saying that is was "processing normally" but alas, two weeks later it was approved. I have read elsewhere on VJ an interview with a former USCIS officer who stated that when they get a Congressional Inquiry, they do have to get on it ASAP even though this is not publicly stated. Good luck on your case, I hope it's approved soon!
I appreciate this and am hopeful this will be the case. I contacted live chat yesterday and was told up to 52 days, this new email says 45. I just didn't expect the Senator's office to respond so quickly and a response from USCIS so quickly too. Either way, thanks for the support as always!

"In transit to an officer" sounds like they transferred from an officer to another? I mean, why is it in transit when your petition has been there all along? Weird!
Well, waiting 45 more days is infuriating too but gotta celebrate the little victories. I'm glad your senators could get this info and not just a generic response! Praying you hear something way sooner than 45 days! It's such a vague statement. It could be what you've suggested or it could even mean that it's been sat in storage and is only just being sent to an officer to be worked on. I honestly don't know as I haven't seen anyone else recieve a message like this when searching around forums. I'll keep you posted regardless 😁

I wish I kept updating it until all the pending cases I know get approved! I'm rooting a lot for you and visiting your timeline to see if you updated it (though I think you would tell us here too!). So glad your senator was willing to investigate, hoping this triggers something! And so happy you get to spend time with your fiancé, fingers crossed your approval will come now so you get to celebrate together!!!!No problem at all, I am glad it helped other people since it was more like a stress relief to me! I will try to keep updating it, just waiting on the server to stop giving me issues! Thanks for your kind words!
Update on the Senator response. Recieved this email from them regarding the USCIS enquiry:
"Thank you for your inquiry, relating to the petition filed with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).
Your constituent’s case is currently in transit to an officer. Your constituent should receive a notice of action* within 45 days from the date of this response. If a notice is not received after 45 days, please submit a new inquiry."
No idea what this really means but I suppose it is better than "your constituent's case is within the normal processing time"!

Just to let you all know I've been having A LOT of issues scanning with CaseTracker since USCIS updated the case status page. Many SSL errors and time outs and unfortunately I can't deal with it when I am scanning 20 ranges of 500 cases. I've been trying everyday but some cases get this error and then my whole range is ruined.
I will keep trying but don't count on the spreadsheet being totally updated too soon.
I'm sorry about that and I'm specially sorry for all of those still waiting!@Bh_sarah Don’t worry about it! You’ve done so much for us all anyway and you’ve earned the right to take it easy. I’m just glad to see your case is progressing nicely.
Just an update for our application: We’re on day 515 and still nothing to report from USCIS. We have contacted our state senator, to which they replied almost immediately and assured us that they’ve enquired and emphasised the urgency of the matter. Let’s see if it actually does something! On a brighter note, I’ll be flying to see my fiancé a week today!

@Bh_sarah @Gary Rich Thank you both for the support, suggestions, and reassurance on it all. I feel bad for ranting when there are those that have probably been waiting 500+! I'll keep going of course and once it's approved it'll be a thing of the past 😁

@Bh_sarah Just wanted to say thank you for continuing to post the daily numbers. We're on day 489 (over 16 months now 😔) without hearing a thing and it is honestly becoming depressing to even think about. I check far less often than I used to but it just feels cruel to see them move onto June with so many of us still waiting (even before February). I know there are people who have waited longer so its just a bit of a rant as I am truly fed up with it all. At least I'll be spending the summer holidays with my fiancé.
I hope your NVC is sorted soon and you'll be onto the next stage in no time!

How did you know?? But yessss! My case was approved this morning! One of the two approved in the 53500. 447 days later.
It really comes when you least expect it, caught me totally by surprise! This phase is finally over!!! I'm still in disbelief!
Hoping everyone still waiting can hear good news this week!!! 🤍
Congrats @Bh_sarah! Giving me hope that our day will come soon (fingers crossed).

Today's numbers [May 10th, 2023]
Noticed a lot of approvals changed date. They were counted before therefore are not showing here. Could be because of the system lag.
49000 - 1 approval, 1 RFE51000 - 1 approval, 1 other
52000 - 1 approval
53000 - 1 approval
53500 - 7 approvals, 3 RFEs
54000 - 2 approvals
54500 - 2 approvals
55000 - 3 approvals, 3 RFEs
55500 - 1 approval
Today's totals: 19 new approvals, 7 RFEs, 1 other
Totals so far:1875(+19) Approved 301 Denied/Rejected 587(+1) RFE/RFERs 459 Pending Cases 153 Withdrawals Eugh, it just seems like 49500 (and other earlier ones) is being forgotten about! Hasn't been touched in over a week 😔

@Bh_sarah Just got to keep moving forward. Every day is a step closer, even if we are talking tiny, tiny steps! According to your spreadsheet there are only 7 left from my range (49500), I am convinced there'll be one left and it'll be mine 😂.Thanks again for the work you do.

@Bh_sarah Long time lurker and a massive appreciator of the constant updates you provide!
I understand how you feel and grow more and more frustrated with each day that passes just to hear nothing. We recieved our NOA1 February 11th, so seeing that none from 49500 were even touched yesterday was a punch in the gut. We should've heard something between the 5th of April to the 13th of April 😔. All I keep telling myself is that once it's done you'll forget about the wait and it'll be a thing of the past. We'll soon be married and starting our married lives for real. You can do this! And thanks once again for all the work you do on here.
March 2024 - AOS Filers
in Adjustment of Status Case Filing and Progress Reports

Recieved an email saying an action was taken on my case today. Unfortunately, it was a request for additional evidence (I-485)... I cannot think what I may have forgotten to include! Very frustrating.
