I get that, but I have a lease and a phone under my name that is in his country. How long am I able to stay if I just visit and then start the process there?

Awright. All of my stuff is gone in February. I am crossing the borders by car with my cat. We are going to use an attorney to do all the spouse filing, but we're meeting them in TN. What do I say when I cross? Any papers needed, printed? Can they stop me from entering? I'm such a worrywart.

Hi, I am new to all this... and so confused. So, I have so many questions and I don't know where to go. I've been married since December to the love of my life. I am currently in the process of moving out, but I am freaked out because I read all sorts of things online. I have so many questions and I am under so much stress. I need all the help I can get.
