Hi everyone! I just learned that there is a thread of AOS by month as well! Happy to see many familiar faces from the K1 forums. 
 
Just to give a quick overview of our timeline:
 
16 Oct: submitted packet
18 Oct: packet received
26 Oct: NOA1
 
Still waiting for biometrics to be scheduled sigh. Our local office is Providence, RI. 
 
As many are mentioning, the my USCIS tracking seems to be very off as both my AP and EAD would have been approved weeks ago lol. The estimate for AOS shows 4 months, but I highly doubt it. 
 
Glad to see so many of you already in the biometrics process!

Guys, my case just turned into transit ! 

Just got our case # day 75. 4ht inquiry, each one week apart.
 
1st inquiry reply: case waiting to be entered in systems.
2nd inquiry reply: we dont have your case.
3rd Inquiry reply: case waiting to be entered in systems. 
4th inquiry reply: case number via email. 
 
can someone guide what is next step for us ? 

Inquiring does not slow down the case. I inquired once at 30 days, second time at 50 days and then once per week through the général inquiry form, explaining that we have a wedding scheduled in October and that I would love to get the interview asap. Got the number finally at 74 days. Hopefully it will soon change to in transit and ready.

Its totally fine to email them weekly after 60days, and every other day on the 70th day. 

I heard from both NVC ResearchGate and AskNVC that they just recently received my petition.
NOA2 date: June 7, 2023
 
I don't know if this helps anyone when looking at their own timeline.

Sorry to say that and don't want to be rude but I don't know how you feel when your case delaying for +19 months (so far) and no one actual there to tell you the whole truth and keep telling you about backlog. if my questioning every week about this broken system and following up about my obvious right is nuisance, let's be that way...

My first email said the same.
 
From how I see it, the assumption would be that USCIS sends the case to NVC the same moment we receive our NOA2 and therefore the NCV would receive it within a couple of days, which is not actually the case. If you look ohe published timeframes, it says “working on cases that NVC received on xyz”, not approved on xyz… I hope I’m wrong, but this is how I worked it in my head to make sense.
