Our PD was May 2022. Got DQ'd June 2023. My wife got her IL, April 2024 (right before I landed in the Philippines to visit her for our 2nd wedding anniversary). Her interview was May 16 2024, it was towards the weekend and she got her visa on hand May 21, 2024...Four days less of 2 years from PD. Last week, I flew back to the Philippines to pick her up and her 2 small dogs. From PD to her landing in the states took 26 months.

My last post here was on April 3, it was a meme of Dave Chapelle LOL. I went home to the Philippines, less than 2 weeks later to visit my wife for our 2nd year wedding anniversary. While my plane was landing at the NAIA Airport, I turned on my phone. My wife sent me a message 10 minutes before I landed saying she just got her IL. The email from the consulate came in literally while the plane was getting ready to land. She got her interview on May 16, her visa was in hand on the 21st. Next month, I am flying back to the Philippines to pick her up.

CR1 here. DQ'd June 2023and still waiting for an interview. There was a mass transfer last week, but not a single CR1 was included.

I am happy for everyone who got expedited. At the same time, I am here wondering when my case will move forward. I am a CR1, DQ'd in June 26, 2023 (IR1 in less than a month). I cant stop but feel betrayed by this system again. I mean I am happy for the ones who got expedited, but I thought it was first in-first out. I get it, I am CR1. Does that mean I have to wait till I get converted to IR1 before I hear something? if that's the case then remove CR1 category and just do straight IR1. Anyway.....my apologies, Im ranting....

A bunch of IR1's just got auto expedited between May 2023 and Oct 2023....Unfortunately, no news on CR1's yet.
