I agree, but also take along the I90 and I751 receipts.
Should I provide the I90 and I751 receipts right away or only if asked?

We were mistakenly given the 10 yr green card and filed I90 for it, never received the corrected card or rfe or anything, then it came time to file for removal of conditions which we did last year, now she wants to take the written driving test to get the learning permit. Will they be required to show the green card (we still are in possession of the green card, because wr filed i90 online and never got a rfe). Is it ok to use the green card we have ? Should we go get a I551 stamp for this purpose? Thank you for your help.

1. Do you have screws or pins in your wrist? Consider taking a letter from your doctor's office.
2. Yes.
Yes screws and plate. Doctor said they were titanium.

1.Travelling domestically for the first time after wrist surgery. Anyone have similar experience? Any problems going through airport security? Suggestions welcome. Thank you.
2 .Is state ID enough to fly domestically? It has the gold star (ReAL ID).

No, this status change is normal. Your case can be in this status for a long time.
I meant if the biometrics being red for some of the fingers can cause a problem?
-
Went to biometrics, one hand's print were done super quickly while the other one was leaving red boxes on the screen. After a while the person just said "it's completed". I asked him if the red boxes can cause an issue, he said no its fine. My status updated from " biometrics were scheduled " to " actively reviewing your case".Can this cause any problems?

At some point, they will ask for it. If they do, tell them to give you an ADIT stamp for the next year.
Is it enough to carry state ID and biometrics appointment notice for this biometrics appointment? name is same on the biometrics notice and the state ID. will also have the green card with me. Do I need to carry passport and marriage certificate as well?

At my I-90 biometrics, they did not ask for my old GC, nor would I have given it up without an I-551 stamp. If they ask, say no. You are entitled (and legally required) to carry with you — 24/7 —evidence of LPR status:
“Lawful permanent residents are entitled to evidence of status”
If you leave your biometrics appointment without a valid I-551, you are breaking the law.
Thank you for the detailed response. Yeah I didn't think it would be a good idea to give the green card at the biometrics, since they might send me an rfe later, then i won't have anything to send back in that case. My biometrics is for I751( Removal of conditions). For the I90, they already reused my biometrics from earlier. I751 and I90 are both pending at the moment.

I am not sure if they give ADIT stamps at this center. It's just a biometrics center as far as I know. I wasn't planning on carrying my passport with me for this, should I?

I know they will ask at some point, I just wanted to know if they will ask for it at this biometrics appointment?

Filed I90 for wrongly issued 10 year card, now in the process of I751, scheduled for biometrics. Will they take the wrong green card I have in my possession at the biometrics appointment?

Bingo!
Thanks. I wanted to be sure what to bring because for the AOS biometrics I took passport and marriage certificate for ID but now I have State ID and green card. Should I still take passport with me?

Filed I751 and am scheduled for biometrics. Also have an I90 pending for fixing wrongly issued 10 year green card. What all should I bring to the biometrics appointment?

Been over 10 days since biometrics scheduled was updated on online status but haven't received the biometrics notice yet. Is there any way to get to know the date of appointment of biometrics? Is calling the contact center better than using Ask emma?
-
The online status was updated to Biometrics were scheduled on July 7, how long does it usually take for notice in the mail. I can't see the date on which the Biometrics appointment is in the online account, hence getting the notice in mail is important. How many days between the online status update and the actual Biometrics appointment usually is?

Is it fine to use caps ? Like on the check "U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY ". And also using caps in I751 application?

Is it fine to wrap bubble wrap before putting the papers into a priority express mail box? Anyone personally used?

Yes, those are the right ones to submit.
Alone probably not. What other evidence are you submitting?
I meant is it enough for showing tax returns. Saw some people discussing submitting 1040 form. Will be including other comingling evidence like joint bank statements, Co ownership of assets etc.

Got tax return transcripts from irs website online. Are they enough for ROC? Another question, there were four type of transcripts available on irs website named as tax return, tax account, wage and income, record of account. Which one is the appropriate one to add to ROC package? I have used the tax return transcripts, just wanted to make sure. It say "TAX RETURN TRANSCRIPT" om top. I. Thanks

Fair enough.
Since google is not up to the task, try chat gpt:
”Even if the owner is not driving the vehicle, they can still be penalized if the vehicle is not insured. In Michigan, the law requires all registered vehicles to have liability insurance coverage, regardless of who is driving the vehicle. If an uninsured vehicle is involved in an accident, the owner of the vehicle may be held responsible for any damages or injuries caused.
Additionally, if a vehicle is registered in Michigan, the owner must provide proof of insurance when requested by law enforcement, even if the vehicle is not being driven at the time. Failure to provide proof of insurance can result in penalties such as fines and license suspension.
Therefore, it is important for vehicle owners in Michigan to maintain liability insurance coverage for their vehicles, even if they are not currently driving them.”
yes i think that is best in this case.
Thanks for the help.

The article is regarding driving but spouse doesn't drive. The question was just about adding name on car title. If too complicated, probably won't do.

I expect insurance will be needed. It does imply that a drivers license is not needed.
I would not add my name to a vehicle title without auto insurance even if the state let me. That juice ain’t worth the squeeze.
What would be the cons of it?
Spouse has a state ID. We have filed for removal of conditions, she wants to take the written driving test to get the learning permit.
