  1. The data exists, but I think it's inaccurate an error-prone because it is self-reported, so I trust the information put out by USCIS over it. My case is in California anyway (WAC receipt number) so that's the more meaningful timeline for me.
  2. I'm pretty sure those are people who miscontrued the lockbox as their service center, since USCIS themselves say that petitions are not adjudicated in Texas (based on the link I shared before: https://www.uscis.gov/forms/all-forms/service-center-forms-processing). Both me and @madmanmike had made that mistake earlier in this thread!
  3. Mine was delivered on a Friday too and I got the text the following Tuesday, so fingers crossed you'll have it soon! For the case tracking app, what I've seen in mostly people tracking their group of 500. So if you enter the nearest receipt number that ends in either 000 or 500 and enter '500' as the count, you'll see the status of the nearest 500 cases to you (they won't all be i-129F, but there's a filter at the bottom). Here's an example with my group. If you hit the graph icon on the top right it will also give you a status summary chart.
  4. Welcome! When you get the paper receipt in the mail, it will have a Notice Date on it for the NOA1. Mine was delivered to the lockbox on the 10th but the notice date is June 13.
  5. Here's the source from USCIS: https://www.uscis.gov/forms/all-forms/service-center-forms-processing You can see for I-129F | Petition for Alien Fiancé(e) (K-1/K-2 – not yet married – fiancé(e) and/or dependent child) only California and Vermont are marked. Vermont says "AWA only", which is referring to the Adam Walsh Act and applies to petitioners who have been convicted of an offense against a minor.
  6. According to the FAQ on that page, "Usually, the USCIS updates the data of the previous working day in the early morning of the next day" so I would expect to have today's activity reflected tomorrow.
  7. @madmanmike I got the same message, but I didn't have my Processing Center updated in the timeline. Once I changed it to California it's the same as @TUC.
  8. lol of course that's what you meant! 🤦‍♀️ Can't believe I misunderstood like that. Agreed, hopefully they make good progress while on the way to the 6 months goal. We'll see!
  9. Any improvement would definitely be nice! Can you clarify where you got the September 23 date though? The new cycle time goals they posted here are for the "end of FY 2023", which would be September 30, 2023.
  10. Yeah I'm not so optimistic right now. From what I've seen, right now they're clearing about half of the cases they need to in order to make a dent. I feel like we'd be lucky to hit 13 months at this point.
  11. @Ako & Rich thanks for sharing that video! They address the 1-129f processing times specifically @ 28:25, but they only really talked about the 6-month processing goal for the end of FY 2023 and additional delays caused by restructuring of the California Service Center (thought I'm not sure when that happened).
  12. @JankoB It really just seems like he's not able to grasp that you're not referencing the VisaJourney timelines, but actual USCIS data that happens to be shared in the forum (sounds like a fun group to be in 🤣)
  13. I read in a bit more detail, and it seems like transferring to Vermont is specifically for "petitioners who have been convicted of any “specified offense against a minor” under the Adam Walsh Child Protection and Safety Act of 2006." So if your misdemeanor was an offense against a minor it would get transferred after the background check (that all applications go through), otherwise you're probably stuck in California with us
  14. @madmanmike @TUC Yeah all of the i-129F forms are processed in California, except if the US citizen has a criminal background it gets forwarded to Vermont. This site has a great table for showing where each form is processed: https://www.immi-usa.com/checking-uscis-case-status-and-processing-times/
  15. @madmanmike I think our cases are next to each other, my text came in 5 min after yours I-129 F Sent - June 7 I-129 F Received - June 10 I-129 F - Notice Date - June 14 @TUC I just got charged yesterday too, so hopefully you get your text today!
  16. I found this information online: https://www.uscis.gov/policy-manual/volume-1-part-a-chapter-3
  17. @Xiaova Any chance you have a sheet of daily or weekly total approvals, or 2022 monthly cases submitted? Understandable if you don't, but figured I'd ask before cobbling something together! My ADHD brain is really hyperfocusing on this data right now, so I'm trying to enjoy it
  18. Only about 15% of May 2021 cases have been processed so far, so don't worry too much! If you get an RFE (request for evidence) they will update your status to say that they mailed you a request for additional evidence. This letter will explain what you need to send and have a deadline in it. Once you supply the additional information it will be about 3-4 weeks to get the NOA2.
  19. Hey! I found this previous thread (among others) where people said to ignore the bit about the interview date: https://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/641501-in-transit-but-no-interview-appointment-letter/
  20. I sent mine yesterday and it was 71 pages, but that included a 31 page lease as part of our evidence Form G-1450, Authorization for Credit Card Transactions for $535. [1 page] Form G-1145, Request for e-Notification [1 page] I-129F [13 pages] and additional information [3 pages] Evidence of US Citizenship - US Passport (Petitioner) [8 pages] Passport style photo (Petitioner) Passport style photo (Beneficiary) Evidence of Legal Name Change (Beneficiary) [1 page] Beneficiary’s most recent Form I-94 & travel history [2 pages] Letters certifying intent to marry (Petitioner and Beneficiary) [2 pages] Proof of having met in person in the past two years [6 pages + 31-page lease, though we were probably on the light side with 5 items. In a standard scenario I could see this being like 20 pages.] Supplementary Photos of Ongoing Relationship [2 pages for 10 pictures. This isn't technically necessary but part of our evidence of meeting was literally me holding a newspaper and I didn't want it to look like a hostage situation lol].
  21. Just mailed out ours yesterday too, thanks for starting the thread!
