Well I finally got my noa1 today now i have a question, what do they mean by adjucated? mine says my I-129f may be adjucated as early as sept. 24 2008!

HAS ANYONE EVER USED LUFTHANSA? AND TRAVELED THRU FRANKFORD GERMANY? AND IF SO HOW WAS THAT AIRPORT? IS IT A GOOD AIRLINE?

I flew Luthansa on the way home from morocco in sept. and it was a good flight, they had a little more leg room then British Airways, but they only had a tv screen at the front of the rows, so he might want something else to occupy his time, but tell him dont buy any magazines in Frankfurt airport (cost me 18.00 for 2 magzaines) The airport was good, alot of helpful ppl, when I went through it seemed there was some construction going on but they give you maps if you ask for directions, and I had to spend most of my layover time picking up my bags and transfering them for the second part of the flight. If he feels like he needs to ask directions I just went up to anyone that worked in the airport, even the ones that work at the coffee stands and asked if they spoke english and if they knew where something was. I finally got a touch on my I-130 today! still waiting for the noa1 on the I-129

Don't stress yourself too much about touches. Our case was never touched up until they approved it. Pace yourself and don't focus too much on the time. You'll end up stressing yourself unnecessarily. Just know that one day you will get an email from USCIS telling you they have sent your approval notice. I put a filter on my email to forward any messages from USCIS to my phone. A week ago, I was driving to work when that long-awaited message came through. Take heart in the fact that the massive logjam at USCIS has let up considerably and you likely get processed more quickly than those of us who filed last year.

They may be "joining" your petitions. You may be getting your NOA1 for the I-129F soon. However, these are just guesses and a touch could really mean anything.

Ok now I have another question, now that I've sent in the I-129f how do I track it? since there are no checks to look on the back of for a number? Im a bit confused how to add it to my profile to track with the I-130? Thnx for the help.

It is sent to the service center that currently has your I-130 petition, this will be on the NOA1 letter from the I-130.

Ok Im about to send off the I-12f for the K-3 and have a couple of questions,(theyve probably been answered before, but Im recovering from surgery on my rotatr cuff and its to painful to do alot of searching, place pity here----,lol) anyway my questions are, do you send the I-129f to chicago or the service center your I-130 was sent? Second question, what should I include in the answer for ( i think question 18?0 how you met? I appreciate any help. Ok I have a question, what is the longest you can wait after you get your noa1 for your I-130 to send in the I-129f for the k3? Im waiting for my husbands new g325a forms to get to me and my noa1 for the I130 is feb. 21st. Is it to late for me to go for the k3?

My original I-130 was touched or "UPDATED" date changed nearly every day until they cashed my check and received my I-129F. Now my "UPDATED" has not changed since then, some 6 days and counting. Who knows what the visa GODS are doing. Unfortunately it's a wait and see game.

that's why im hoping its the noa1 for our k-3 visas cause we both submitted our i-130 and i-129f applications together and have both had our checks cashed. its either ref's or joining the applications....so basically good or bad news. have you received an noa1 on your i-129f application?

Ok I have a couple of questions, first im thinking of sending in the i-129f for the k3 and i need to know for the g325 do i need a new set from my so or can i use a copy of the first set that i used for the i-130? Second question, does any one know the difference in time that casa takes to schedule the interview for the k3 and cr1, some places it takes longer for the cr1 interview and when i look it just shows 4 months but doesnt distinguish between cr1 and k3?

if you are registered on the website you can check out your case status online. and it will give you a date that says "last updated" anytime that changes, you've been touched

whether they touch your aplication or not it really makes no difference. some peoples never get touched! those are still the processing dates, they have yet to update it. im hoping march 15th that'll bump up quite a bit

Well "touched" means that the immigration services opens your account and does something. It can be anything from you calling in, them double checking a fact, your case being approved or denied to them just opening it for the hell of it. You never know what it is, it is just them doing something!

She said both I-130 and I-129F were approved. and her I-130 was sent on august 13 if i remember correctly.

If that is all true, K3 is alive

It's a good sign that the online status shows "approval letter sent" but we'll only know this particular K3 case lives on when there is a DOS case number assigned by NVC. That would prove the service center actually forwarded the case to NVC. It will also be interesting see if only one or both cases go to NVC.

Ok Ive been really trying to decide which to file for and Im trying to find the difference in time for the interview in morocco between the cr1 and the k3 can someone help me figure out the time difference if there is any?

Btw, your timeline shows ur case should be processed as early as march 25, 2008 hehe... u are a month ahead !! Pls update ur timeline with ur approval.. it helps all of us to stay hopeful with a case like yours let us know how fast u get to NVC..

I am so glad to receive my NOA-1 (02-27-08) in mail 03-01-08. I was beginning to worry and over examine. I know this is just the beginning but I'm excited. Hopefully this process will be seemless and faster than the past.

Im so excited but nervous now I thought I would have to wait longer for just the first one, now I need to make sure everything is ready, what do I do next while waiting for the noa2? I cant believe it came so fast.If I went the k3 I would know what I do next but I decided to go cr1.

I was not aware that I could have filed it before (along with I130; with out NOA1).

What do you guys recommend now? Do you think it may slow down my application or have no impact?

Well I was planning on filing for the k3 but now Im leaning toward the cr1, Im just to worried about the I129 getting canceled anyway and holding me up. so can you change me to the cr1 group,plz?
