USCIS received K3 on 5/16/22.
I-130 went into AR on 5/17/22

Hey if you don’t mind me asking did you guys expedite your case after it was documentarily qualified

Yes we did!

Ohh thanks for replying,If you don’t mind sharing what was the reason you guys used

I(petitioner) used my mental health. Depression and anxiety.

Hi, I am hoping for I-130 approval any day as we filed online and got NOA1 on 6/14/22. Did you expedite your first part also? Did you have anything besides a doctor's letter for the expedite after DQ?

Congratulations when the approval does come!
No I did not expedite at USCIS stage.
Psychiatrist letter, Disciplinary action form from my job (this tied into how my depression was making my work quality suffer), and a screenshot of a text exchange between my friend and I when I was having a panic attack.

Thanks so much for sharing! I wish they would have a clearer expected timeline for each stage.

No problem! Yeah my 9 months approval was definitely an outlier. Just expect your case to be approved within 12-13 months. Just so that if it’s approved earlier you weren’t expecting it. Once you get to NVC stage it takes about 12 business days to be DQ’d then you just wait on interview date. Jamaica is taking about 8 months to send Interview letter.

Congratulations on your approval and thank you again for your info wishing you and your spouse all the best🎉🎉🎉🎉

Thank you so much! If you have any other questions don’t hesitate to reach out!
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
