  1. If cruise is closed loop going out of USA all she needs is DL from USA is she has one yet. If not I am sure the EAD/AP will be fine I did one out of Florida few years ago with my k1 wife
  2. Why do the need to legally document chidren? All the kids got a free US education, and I am sure they were claimed on taxes for refund purpose. Does any one want to draw attention from law enforcement? No one that I know.
  3. Not my plan. I am just an outsider watching and observing. I am sure if and when they pull the trigger they will get hold of a immigration attorney, they are already working with one now on a different case.
  4. What complicated about thier life? They have a huge new house in the USA, many new vehicles mostly trucks, they have 5 horses they keep at ranch, they have kids and family and life, Where do you get their life is complicated? They all make pretty good money working in Texas. They take yearly vacation usually to Florida. They live a pretty darn good life here. I suspect most of the sons make more per year than you do, since I employee them. To me it seems pretty easy to get 'Your Papers" going thru USCIS, seems as if they have many loopholes and waivers geared toward people who came here illegally but have lived in the USA a long time.
  5. I -129F specifically states: "describe the circumstances of your in-person meeting" Form I-129F, Petition for Alien Fiancé(e) (uscis.gov)
  6. I keep hearing them say they want "thier papers" which is either a greencard or US Citizenship. If they got US Citizenship they could drive a car legally in Texas, instead of now having to drive and always worry about getting pulled over and get ticket, I would think they could maybe petition their other 5 kids, they could go back home to Mexico to visit families. Deportation won't happen as long as they are married and have kids in the USA, it highly unlikely unless they committed a serious felony like Murder, Kidpnapping, etc. They have one son they are dealing with right now and had to hire criminal/Immigration attorney and that is what he told them.
  7. He has a Social Card with SSN, I verified yesterday. He was actaully working on a horse ranch near Austin before he brought his family over here, So I suspect the SSN is older then 20 years. He said his sister and brother was able to get SSN as well.
  8. I will check today and find out, I will see him around later today after work. I pretty sure he knows the difference btw SSN and ITIN. But I will confirm.
  9. Remember it would be him, not be applying. Why would you say again he needs to disclose it, isn't this common knowldege on this forum for most?
  10. Highly doubt they would go back to Mexico, They have been in USA too long, they just bought a new house. I don't know if his daughter will even try to petition them, I was asking if they were eligible.
  11. I would advise them to hire and Immigration attorney, I don't do legal work for a living.
  12. Nope, this is real. Remote area may not have records if person was locked up. Jail is probably gone by now.
  13. Who knows, May not have a record, he lived in pretty remote area.
  14. I don't see any of them doing military What kind of issue for the parents, the father spent some time in mexican jail for shooting someone, when he was younger. The father has a Social Security Number, I asked him how he got it and he said long time ago they would give them to illegals.
  15. There is a family came here from Mexico about 22 years ago, brought 5 kids with them, had a set of twins that were born in the USA, they are set to turn 21 soon. Can they petition thier parents, they all live in Texas.
  16. Why can't you do the utah online marriage? If you were starting over today would you do it? I don't understand why you have to marry here, isn't doing the Utah online marriage the same thing as marrying in the USA?
  17. I think you are on the right track. If you do the Utah Online marriage would they still send make you jump thru all these hoops?
  18. Look at Remitly also. I think at the moment most are not charging any fees, I guess they are all competing with each other to get new customer since the exchange rate is at record highs
  19. I can do a Western Union for $1000 to Philippines and it only cost me $8, It isn't traceable, since you can use any name to send with WU. I suspect using stuff like Wise, Remitely etc they want a bank account to send.
  20. I looked at 7k transfer an it was like 60 bucks
  21. Wise fees are very high, plus you can't send more than like $9000 USD, not allowed US dollar accounts have no such thing as an exchange rate 1 US Dollar = 1 US Dollar
  22. For immigration purpose and the US Embassy in Manila his divorce decree will over ride any Phillippines rules regarding getting a CENOMAR. What you are thinking is if both people were Philippines citizens and they wanted to marry in Philippines then you would have to get the divorce recognize, but since he is American there is no need.
