Hello community. On November 18 we concurrently filed forms I485, I765 and I131. Yesterday we received the receipts coming from USCIS excepts for I764 (EAD). I talked to a live agent this morning and asked regarding this matter. She told me to email the Lockbox for non delivery and gave my receipt number. Upon checking the receipt number my I765 was rejected because it was improperly filed. I havent receive the letter because it was sent on Dec 9. My question - if I will resubmit do I need to include processing fee now? your inputs will help me to not overthink. thank you

Thank you. Sorry to hear that. Yes, I did received it. I emailed USCIS about my case because it was beyond the processing time. after 2 weeks they sent the approval letter. Try to email them and for sure they will reply immediately.
