  3. Hello community. On November 18 we concurrently filed forms I485, I765 and I131. Yesterday we received the receipts coming from USCIS excepts for I764 (EAD). I talked to a live agent this morning and asked regarding this matter. She told me to email the Lockbox for non delivery and gave my receipt number. Upon checking the receipt number my I765 was rejected because it was improperly filed. I havent receive the letter because it was sent on Dec 9. My question - if I will resubmit do I need to include processing fee now? your inputs will help me to not overthink. thank you

  11. I know I have to bring photo ID to this appointment. The problem or potential problem is that I applied for AOS in my married name, but I dont have any ID with my married name on it-my passport is still in my maiden name. My maiden name is on my forms as an “other name used.” Will they see this and let me use my “old” ID for biometrics appointment?
