    Please let us know what happens. I have a joint sponsor as well but I know he is well above the income requirement to sponsor my husband. I’m hoping to be DQ by the week of Oct 24. But please keep us posted on your journey. Good luck and congratulations on being DQ!!!!!

    I have a question. So I took picture of my tax transcript and the last picture I took has a little piece of my shirt at the bottom of the photo. Should I retake photos of my transcript and send them in or no? Because the transcript itself is readable and you can barely notice my shirt at the bottom

    Which is crazy because they tell you JPG is acceptable as well. They are very particular. I have anxiety every day waiting for the week that I am suppose to be getting DQ’d and I feel like I am constantly overthinking and over analyzing everything😬 What do you mean by shadows? Can you find an example and upload it that doesn’t have any personal information that’s like a template example?

    I am praying you get DQ’d. I asked that question because I sent mine in very clear vertically and then saw where they ask you to send it in so they don’t have to rotate it. So I sent in another one horizontal so they can read it without having to adjust it. I hope I get DQ without getting an RFE. Please pray for me as well

    @TayTay2022 we should be getting DQ the same week just about since I submitted Aug 23. Hopefully around the week of Oct 24 or the 31st

    That’s awesome! When was your friend DQ and are they IR1/CR1 as well? Awesome! When did your friend get DQ? And are they IR1/CR1 as well?

    Okay so we just uploaded and submitted it. What I did was I left my joint sponsors old I-864 form on there. And I went to add additional documents, I added the new updated I-864 form with a note stating the reason for the update because of the misprint with my husbands name and that my joint sponsor signed with todays date. So what I am thinking will happen is that they will accept the new form and reject the old one and DQ me that way, correct?

    Congrats! From my understanding from the group I am with other from DR you should be getting your interview letter in about 3 months. And from then your interview will be about 5 weeks from that letter. Good luck!!

    Question: I first initial submitted mine and my joint sponsor AOS on Aug 23. This morning I notice he accidentally left off the last letter in my husbands first name so we are correcting it and uploading the corrections and the I-864 form in its entirety with a note stating the reason for the correction. Since my forms have not even been reviewed by NVC yet and my first initial AOS was submitted Aug 23 NVC should go by that date correct?

    My documents have not even been reviewed for the first initial submission is what I am saying. So from my understanding it will not reset . It only resets once NVC looks at them and issues you a request for evidence

    @Crazy Cat since I first submitted my AOS on Aug 23 and NVC has yet to review them and I am resubmitting them with the misprint of my husband name fixed, will the NVC still go off of my Aug 23 submission for review?

    Does my joint sponsor need to resign and redate the form or just update the first page and merge it with the rest of the i-864 and I upload the whole complete I-864?

    Okay sounds good. I will send them the complete form. I will just add a note stating we corrected the first page because of a typo

    Okay thanks. Because literally everything else on the whole I-864 form is correct (financial wise and everything else) except for the fact the he forgot one letter of my husbands first name. I just don’t want to wait to see if they will accept it or not and then risk being at the end of the queue again

    Hello everyone! My joint sponsor made an error only on the first form and misspelled my husbands name by leaving off one letter. The rest of the i-864 form is correct. Can he just redo the first page and i upload it with a note that states we fixed the error with the spelling of my husbands name or do we have to resubmit the whole I-864 form again? p.s. I submitted all my documents first submission on Aug 23 so they have not been reviewed by NVC yet. I just so happened to catch this myself
