    Depends on your embassy. Go to a website called VISAWHEN. For my embassy it takes about 2.5-3 months after being DQ’d to get an interview. At VISAWHEN it will tell you an estimate of how long it should take

    Hello. Case received by NVC on Aug 15. Submitted my civil documents last night and will complete and submit everything in its entirety on Tuesday!!!

    You should get your approval any day. My pd was 08/31 and I got my approval last Thursday

    Yea I’m thankful for that because it REALLY helps in preparing for each step you know. I’m trying not to stress about when my aacount will say PAID. I’m just ready to start the visa application and upload my documents so I can get in Que to be processed at NVC. It makes me anxious a little bit waiting for it to say PAID because it has already posted and cleared with my bank but still says IN PROCESS right now on my account 🥴

    Translations ARE NOT required if in the language of the country from which you are applying or if they are in English. It clearly states that. I also have talked to tons of people petitioning from the same country as me who say they did not translate documents.

    Also I scanned my husbands and my passport so that it’s horizontal so you can ready it. Is that correct?

    He won’t need official translations since it’s in the official language of his country. Only if it’s not in English or his official language. But I have everything ready. Just getting anxious because it is not saying PAID yet

    Okay my fees posted to my bank yesterday morning. So maybe this morning or this afternoon it will say PAID

    Okay thank you. Should I have my joint sponsor send in proof of domicile even though he lives in the US?

    I have been told two different things. I have been told that myself (the petitioner) does not need to provide proof of domicile as long as my address is correct on the AOS paperwork. Is this correct, please help me

    I’m the main sponsor and want to know what can I provide other than the letter from my landlord stating my lease is current and valid can I use? What else can I use?

    I’m getting my landlord to type up a letter stating my address and that my lease is current and valid. Because my license does not have the correct address on it Would bank statements work as well or no?

    So that means that even though it’s processed through my bank already and posted to my account already , it still will take a few days to show up in NVC?

    I did my fees Monday evening and my bank account said the transaction was yesterday and processed yesterday so I’m sure within a few days it will show PAID

    How long did it take after you paid your fees for it to show PAID?

    Hello everyone. I paid my fees on Monday and they just posted to my bank account this morning. But on my account in NVC it still says IN PROCESS. Does it still take a day or two for that to change to PAID?

    Hello, when you have a joint sponsor are the required to meet the income requirement for just the size of their household? Or do they have to meet the income requirement for their household plus the primary sponsor and the immigrants household as well?

    Got it! And just now paid my fees. Now waiting a couple days and then starting to submit documents
