After DQ when the file will be moving from nvc to consulate ? how long it takes 

so it’s not a problem and consider myself DQ ?!

i got the message yes but my houshold and joint sponsor are still submitted status my wife and me the applicant files are accpeted

two files is still submitted only but i got message of documentary qualified is that usual ?!

I just logged in and nothing is different - no new message, no change in document status on either AoS and civil documents (all just show 'Submitted'.) Did I log in too quickly? Does this email just mean that they are reviewing the file and I can expect an update later?

Cause they go in chronological order, their website updates on Monday afternoons so this data is fresh (today, they are processing people from Oct 24th/25th maybe) and I'm Oct 26th. I expect to be reviewed maybe tomorrow, but probably Wednesday, so somehow the other post doesn't make sense if they submit docs on Oct 28th, they wouldn't be reviewed yet.

I saw someone filled 22 oct got response yesterday 

so we can expect something in the next 3 days 

i hope to be DQ becasue that feeling of RFE got me at USCIS stage and i was broken

so the last one to be DQ is from 20 oct ?! i hope i get DQ i submitted last file at 28 oct 

any one after 11 oct got reply i submitted ds260 27 oct and the last submisson was 28 oct and no reply until now

I got approved yesterday .. RFE sent 3rd october i send it back 4th october they changed to activately reviewing and sent approval notice then change case to cas approved 5 of october 

all that came from cali sc so be hopeful i just share that because i see that people are stressful and pessimistic so not to be i submitted my case 2nd of november 2021 .. k3 sent 17 dec 

pray for me for the NVC stage to be fast because embassy dates are long in my country

One person in Nov 2021 california claimed he got RFE couple of days back.  He did not come back and give us any more status here.  It looks like as you said SEP is in full progress,   hopefully they will speed up as their fiscal year started this week

Consider this as good news.  You have to follow the RFE notice for the timeline.  Usually they give 30 to 60 days.. you respond immediately with what they want.  They will approve quickly

if i respond this week there is a chance to get approved this month nvc time and interview here are way long

i have good news and bad news for me got rfe today 3 of november cali service center

how much time if i send the requested copy to get approved ?!

i talked to live agent cuz the processing is more than the expected 10.5 months said that the processing is normal and should communicate with them not before 5 December

323 days since filling no response yet except for actively reviewing 

anyone got approval this month i am cali center unfortunately!
