As for evidence of a bonafide relationship... I simply used MS Paint to compile two pages of pictures of us together in Thailand. Probably 4-5 pictures on each page. Printed those out and included in my packet. I provided copies of my boarding passes to Thailand. I provided a copy of dinner and hotel receipts Additionally, you can include an "Affidavit of Bonafide Marriage" letter or letters, such as: <petitioner/beneficiary name> <petitioner/beneficiary address> <address continued> <address continued> Date: <date> RE: Affidavit of Bonafide Relationship Petitioner: <your name> Beneficiary: <significant other's name> Dear Sir or Ma’am: I, <petitioner/beneficiary name>, am the fiancé and <petitioner/beneficiary> of <significant other's name>. I do hereby state that I have been in a relationship with <name> since <date>. We first met in person on <date> and <location> and spent several weeks traveling and meeting family members. Over the next __ years, our relationship has continued to grow. We speak daily via Facebook Messenger, and look forward to getting married. In addition to our initial trip together, we have also traveled together to: <additional date and destinations, if available> I am legally able and willing to marry <significant other's name> , and intend to do so within 90 days of his/her arrival into the US, using the K-1 visa. We plan to get married at <location> with friends and family. Thank you for your consideration. We are excited to begin our new life together. Sincerely, ________________________ _________________ (Petitioner's / Beneficiary’s Signature) (Date) ________________________ (Petitioner's / Beneficiary’s English name) Of course, write the affidavit in your own words. We wrote one from my (petitioner, US citizen's perspective, and another from my fiance's (benficiary) perspective, but you may choose to write a combined affidavit that you both sign and date. Written statements from Friends and Family members can also be helpful.

Regarding the I-94, did she come to visit you in USA? If not, there will be no I-94. If she did visit you in USA, but you are unable to locate her I-94 online (https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/search/recent-search), then her name or passport number may have been recorded incorrectly in the system. Initially, I was unable to locate my step-son's I-94. To resolve it, I emailed my local CBP Deferred Inspection Office and an agent responded within a few days and got it resolved. From CBP website (https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/help😞 And:

Hi Keith, I'm sorry for the very late reply. Hopefully, you guys were able to figure it out. I'm not sure what you meant by "GSS". It's been about 2 years since we completed my wife's K1 process. For the DS-160 and interview, we didn't need separate accounts or email addresses. We first completed my wife's DS-160, and then my stepson's DS-160. While filling out my stepson's DS-160, the online form asked if it was to be associated with a primary DS-160. This linked the two.

As reported by Fedscoop (https://fedscoop.com/doge-granted-access-to-naturalization-immigration-it-systems/) "DOGE granted access to naturalization-related IT systems, memo shows Members of Elon Musk’s Department of Government Efficiency now have access to technical systems maintained by United States Citizenship and Immigration Services, according to a recent memorandum viewed by FedScoop. The memo, which was sent from and digitally signed by USCIS Chief Information Officer William McElhaney, states that Kyle Shutt, Edward Coristine, Aram Mogahaddassi and Payton Rehling were granted access to USCIS systems and data repositories, and that a Department of Homeland Security review was required to determine whether that access should continue. " For the complete report, see the Fedscoop link.

Department of State and National Visa Center
Stook replied to Wouldrow's topic in K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures
I don't recall my beneficiary ever getting anything during the process, other than her Thai passport returned to her with the new Visa page. That was about 1 year ago All notices came to me, the petitioner, either by mail or email. -

The answer is unfortunate and your laughter at their situation is not helpful. -
K2 interview with K1 or separate?
Stook replied to Purple_Paladin's topic in K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures
We did the DS-160 for my fiance's K1. Got confirmation page. Then, we did the DS-160 for for her son's K2. This asked if there was an associated K1. I can't recall which number we had to enter, but it ended up linking the two DS-160s together. They had 1 interview. -
Where in the I-129f instructions does it say anything about including call / chat history / text messages? I'm quite curious why this question keeps showing up in various places. The I-129f doesn't ask for any of this, and neither do any of the other forms. To prove bonafide relationship, we included some pictures of us together and air travel receipts from some of my trips to Thailand. But the most-important documents (in my opinion) were our letters of "Intent to Marry", which were basically: "I Stook, and Sweet Thai Lady met on <date> and most-recently spent time together on <date within 2 years of application>. Between those dates, we travelled together numerous times.... extremely happy to have met each other....blah blah. We fully intent to get married within 90 days of her arrival within the United States." Signed, Mr Stook" "I Sweet Thai Lady and Mr Stook met on <date> and most-recently spent time together on <date within 2 years of application>. This is just an FYI for anyone else who might be in the same position. We are so close the being done with the whole process. We are currently waiting for K1 Visa appointments to become available in Bangkok. On September 17th, we completed the DS-160 forms (By the way..that was a SERIOUS PAIN IN THE _.since the https://ceac.state.gov/ceac/ website kicks you out if you pause for a minute to look up some information) After completing the DC-160, you get directed to the ustraveldocs.com website to pay for and schedule an interview. (Why that website doesn't have a .gov domain extension is beyond me). At the time, the ustraveldocs website was indicating that there was an available appointment at the end of November. (I'm guessing it may have been a cancellation that freed up a slot). Unfortunately, it took much of the next day to find a print shop in Jomtien willing and capable (incompetence was a factor) to print out the payment form that the bank would need. After paying for the interview fees (k1 and k2) and getting our receipt, per the instructions, we had to wait until after 12:00pm the next day, before attempting to schedule an interview. (I assume, giving time for the ustraveldocs website to acknowledge the payment Receipt #). To our dismay, that open slot had been snatched up (congratulations to whomever that might be). So here we are, checking the ustraveldocs website constantly, hoping that more appointments open up, soon. It's quite disheartening, after waiting 15-16 months from I-129f inception, to our case arriving at the embassy, then struggling through the <text deleted> CEAC website, to now get greeted with "No appointments available" every time we log in and click that 'Continue' link.
