Hello guys I just want to say thank you to all who gave me information and advice. I just had my interview the other day and I was approved on the spot. I was filling jointly at first but unfortunately our marriage went down hill and we end up filling a divorce. So, I switch my joint application to a divorce waiver. IO was really good and didn’t really asked me a lot of question. Again, thank you to all the people who gave me advices.

You can wait until the interview and switch to a divorce waiver.
Bring all the evidence that your marriage was entered in good faith and don't forget the divorce decree.
