  1. So, the copies that you have as proof for the naturalization, some of them are not necessary, like the husband's passport. You don't need any pay stubs from any previous or current jobs, just the tax transcripts, not tax returns, the tax transcripts. Like Old User said, I don't understand what "legal presence" is, what do you mean by that? Since you will be joining the March filers in a few days, I believe you have not started filling out the forms online. When you start you will see that it will be pretty straight forward and you will not even upload that much stuff. For example, the only time I ever uploaded pictures of me and my wife was the first application on the I-130, after that, never uploaded a single picture. I'll still take them to the interview in case they ask for them, but there's no need to over do it, do send too much information, just what they need.
  2. Most tedious part, but meanwhile, guys, take this time to study, now they ask 20 civics questions and you have to get 12 right to pass...
  3. Hope so, but what makes you say that?
  4. Just finished my Biometrics appointment today, now it changed to "Case is still being processed by USCIS". Wondering what is usually the next step!?
  5. Welcome to the team Hope you have a fast case!
  6. I got the notice from the NBC as well, but how do you know you're with the DC field office?
  7. Oh that's funny, you're in DC, I'm close by in Maryland hehe, but I got the NBC....
  8. Also just found out through my Biometrics Appointment Letter that my Service Center is NBC....
  9. I just got my Biometrics Appointment for 02/23. This is actually moving faster than the other processes.
  10. Can't wait until all of this is over, it's always stressful knowing that you don't have a guarantied stay in the country. And yes, I just started filing in the naturalization category on the timeline.
  11. Hey guys, creating this one for the February filers. I'm filling within the 90 days prior to my 3 year GC, also I have a I-751 being processed since last year. Filed 02/03 at night. Received receipt notice same day. Hope this one goes faster than all of the other processes...
  12. Oh, that's not an issue, we married in 2021 so it has been more than 3 years already....Thank you!
  13. well I've never been out of the country for more than 3 weeks twice last year, and that is it, this year I'll be leaving for 2 weeks and that will be all.....I don't think that these vacation periods would make a difference....
