Denis74 reacted to igglelewi in Probably generic/simple i-130 question
My wife (US citizen) and me (UK citizen) are filling out the i-130 currently. We are both currently present in the United States.

My question is with regard to 59.a. I feel it worded strangely and only applies to a spouse who is overseas? Being that it says 'last address you lived together'. We currently live together.

Do we just leave this whole section blank? It has a date from and date to, but I cannot obviously fill out date to as the answer is 'present' and it wants a m/d/y format.
    Thanks in advance! Ian

Denis74 reacted to igglelewi in i-130 n/a none or blank?
I know this has been asked before, but I have been reading online and believe the USCIS policy may have changed.

    a number
    uscis account number
    other names used
    province
    postal code
    spouse 2

these are examples of sections which I do not have an answer. Do we think it is now acceptable just to leave blank?

    Thanks!

Denis74 got a reaction from Colorred in French American
    Hi,
My name is Denis, I'm 30 and French.
My future wife Annie, 27 and she is both French/American

We're living in France ( Annecy ) and moved together about 3 years ago. Our wedding date is the 04/30/22.
We are going into the I-130 directly after the wedding and planning to move around September 2023.

We will move then to Bend, Oregon. Kind of our dreamed city 😁

Denis74 reacted to Redro in About vaccination
I know in some countries, people like to get their vaccines in advance because the cost at the medical is high compared to regular clinics.
If you get vaccinated before the medical, you need to bring proof of vaccination.
Vaccines someone recently got in Korea before their interview:
    Chickenpox,
    TDAP,
    MMR, and
    Flu (this is seasonal-October 1- March 31).
