Inquiry submitted on behalf of your representative. From my understanding, it goes to a different place than the ones we can submit ourselves; it takes 4-6 weeks for a response. It’s another helpful tool for us to check up on progress, but of course doesn’t ‘speed up’ the process.
Where can you submit this?

So in the app, you can track several cases at a time. I tracked, of course my case and 10 cases before me and 10 cases after me. If there's changes in these cases, it will alert me.
But they don’t really process by order. Do they?

My receipt date is April 5th, I made an inquiry on December 3rd, when the USCIS site said April 6th was considered outside the normal processing time. It was moved forward into late April and I believe once May 1, it now reads April 5th. I tried to send a second inquiry but our case is no longer considered outside the normal processing time☹️
I was going to do the same. Guess we can only do by January 20

On other forums it was either every 30 or 45 days (I think 30, but I can't remember now). I guess the best bet is just to try to put one in every day after 30 days from the original inquiry submission date (or give them a call if you can get through). Online it will tell you if you can't because it's "too soon".
Is it 30 days from the date of submission or date of response? I’m confused.

Does this mean I can submit an inquiry tomorrow? (Noa1 on 5th April)
I submitted an inquiry on 6th December and got response on 16th December. How often can I submit the inquiry again?

I filed on 6th December. No response till now. Should I be worried?

Same NOA1 here as well.
yeah, I guess. I think we can expect by January unless some miracle happens. 😕

Is it because of the 8.5 months timeline?

Hi, did anybody get response for their inquiries?
-
Yeah I’ve sent an inquiry too. Nothing to loose anyway. Some hope that they remember the case is still pending I guess

I see 32 people accepted between April 20 and 22 and a few here and there. I know it’s not many people but it’s still approvals. 😕

Hi guys!
I saw the excel sheet for April and there were many approved. How do you know if it wasn’t expedited?
PS - my Noa1 on is on April 5th and I’m so stressed with the waiting 😕

Hi, did you end up getting the visa?

Thank you so much. I'm going to bookmark this page and fill it out after I get a response for the second inquiry we placed two days back.
Also, not sure if every inquiry 30 days from response or filing because I filed the first one on December 6th and got the response on 16th December. When we called USCIS on January 6th, one agent was able to place follow up request. However, when I tried to submit online, it didn't let me.
Not sure if I'm going to get anything out of this inquiry but doing whatever I can at this point. 😕
