Wow man! I was in houston field office same day april 30th 7 am and officer told me same things! They coundnt print my certificate! They scheduled me second time on June 15 and they called me 1 day prior my oath and AGAIN told me same things and cancelled my oath again. And i am still waiting since june 15. Did you get any update?

Becouse they are crrupt and useless!  Wait 120 days if you dont hear back from them then talk to lawyer and send mandamous lawsuit. 

@Sidpro This is actually not new, I've read where candidates' Oath Ceremony were cancelled before the actual date. This one is looking like it's directly from the Houston Field office, which I hope they should be able to fix in no time.  What's the update, have you heard anything from the USCIS Houston office.

Update on the ceremony.
Today I went it, brought my official letter from USCIS and waited to be called for the sworn in.
Me and two other people didn't got their certificate printed.
So we couldn't be sworn in and mailed the certificate at a later date.
Super disappointing.
 
Now I have to wait for a new date which is every two weeks for the oath ceremony.
 
I just think that is a really poor excuse of not being able to print the certificate..
 
It could be worse. So staying positive and looking forward to become a us citizen soon!

I'm really stressed out and worried. USCIS called me once hour before their closing time to tell me that they can't print my naturalization certificate tomorrow which is my ceremony date!
No explanation!
Just "we aren't able to print you certificate, and you will have to wait for the mail to see when is your next oath ceremony date"
I'm so upset! How can they do that when my ceremony is already confirmed for Tomorrow!?!

FYI:
My interview Dec 14th 2021.  ROE issued.
ROE submitted January 4th 2022.
Naturalization approved January 27th 2022.
Oath ceremony notice mailed March 17th 2022.
Ceremony will be on March 30, 2022.
 
I filed online as such I have copy of letters in my online account.  Just gonna be waiting for the actual letter to get here.  
 
I hope this helped those who are waiting that they have started to sent out the Oath Ceremony notices.
