  1. Mine says "any day now" but when I click on the date, again it's some else's profile who is not even at my SC or from my husband's country. This is the 4th time in 5 weeks "any day now" has come up.
  2. Welcome to our little world of waiting. Everyone in this group is really very kind so don't hesitate in reaching out even if it's just for words of encouragement. Wishing the best for you.
  3. On 4/13/22, I submitted an OOP inquiry to USCIS as my PD had come up under their old website. I received a standard reply yesterday saying my case is processing as normal and don't contact them again until Aug '22. However when I made the inquiry, my case was out of the process parameter USCIS provided. Is it worth pursuing this or am I just spinning my wheels? My case has nothing unusual-no criminal record, solid employment for us both, income exceeds requirements, etc. Heck, the documents we provide don't even need to be translated. Need opinions from those more experienced please.
  4. I'm afraid you may still have a long wait. My PD is 8/10/21 and I'm still waiting after filing a K3 in Dec and having my Senator's office and attorney contact USCIS.
  5. Just checked processing times for my case at CSC on uscis website. Now it says they're processing is 9.5 months and I can't make an inquiry until Aug. 2022. This is beyond frustrating...
  6. So, here's a little tidbit that proved to be really annoying...I just got my weekly estimate of when my case will be approved. It said, "You're approved! Congrats!", so I clicked on it and not only was it someone else, the SC wasn't even mine AND the PD was no where near mine. How accurate is that?
  7. Hopefully. That way we won't have to go through another round of sending inquiries that don't get answered.
  8. Thus has been all over the place. Just recently it quoted an October date for CSC. I realize it's based on VJ information and that is very limited when compared to what the actual data is. When I get the weekly VJ emails with the estimated date and click on it, they are not only not my specific case but often from cases that aren't even from my CS.
  9. USCIS had a listening session today and the subject was the changes to the processing times page. They said that the months that come up when the form information is entered is the time it has taken them to process 80% of that type form at that particular SC over the last 6 months. They stated several times that the processing page shows historical data and shouldn't be used to predict times. Ok, I get all that. Here's what I have a problem with...my PD is 8/10/21 so this past Tuesday I passed 9 months since filing. Technically 80% of the cases filed around the same time as mine should have a decision by now. I also speak regularly on VJ with two others who have processing times within 15 days of mine so they are about to arrive at the 9 month anniversary also. We are all USC petitioning for spouses and are all at the CSC. None of our cases have been approved and each of us has made an out of processing time inquiry that hasn't been answered. (When we made the inquiries, we were within our rights to do so as these were made before the website changed on May 5.) If USCIS processes 80% of the I-130 spousal cases received in the last 6 months within 8.5 months, I find it hard to believe that the three of us just happen to fall within the 20% that haven't been processed yet. VJ only has a small amount of the information available on all cases so it wouldbe even more usual that we would also just happen to follow VJ. What am I missing?
  10. I hit exactly 9 months from filing today...nothing...nada...I'm so frustrated...
  11. I'm referring to the way the information was presented previously on the website with a table and " inquiry" date.
  12. I'm torn on this one...the table said 8.5-10.5 months. Now they're saying 8.5 which was the low end, but you can't inquire until 11 months which is near the high end. Did they actually change anything or just make it look pretty and basically say, "Don't bother us until it's been a really long time"? They were probably getting a lot of inquiries as soon as people could make them...
  13. I told my husband it would have been faster for me to emigrate to England...
  14. Me either. I hope we don't get the standard, "You're within current processing times", because we weren't when the inquiry was made. According to the processing times site, they are taking 8.5 months to process the 130s. I got news for them, we're already at 8.5 months so why do we have to wait until July to contact them? I'll be at 9 months in 5 days...
  15. Were you able to make an inquiry before it changed? I know your PD is a few weeks after mine...
