I reached out them via email twice. First time they said they hadnt received anything (that was about 40 days after my NOA2), then the second time i reached out they said they recieved it and gave me my case number, invoice id, and beneficiary id. I still havent received a letter or anything from them but they did give me the case number. I looked it up on CEAC tracking and it shows currently "at NVC"
I think your progress can consider as fast, at least you heard something from NVC. I have the same day as you received the NOA2 on March 6, but I inquired NVC at least 5 times, and they said they still didn't receive my petition, it already more than 60 days. Hope to hear some good news next week

I did my first petition before, and got approved at NOA2 stage, but our relationship didn't work out, and I withdraw my petition when it transited to the Consulate stage. Few years later, I met my true love, I did my second petition for her, and I got the NOA2 recently. I know for the second one ,the officials will look it more deeply, and I want to prepare it better. Will the CO ask my fiancee some questions related to my previous i 129f? if yes, usually what questions will the CO asked for? Anyone had experience on this situation? Thank you very much.

And how long did you received the withdrawal letter?
For my case, about 5 days will get the withdrawal confirmation from the consulate.

But that's what they emailed to me. They didn't tell the notarized withdrawal letter and they said to send it on contact us form ( Immigrant Visa Unit ) in USEM.
I think the requirement may be different between consulates. I just replied what I experienced before.

My petition is still under review and in process, my U.S. passport is going to expired on November, and I want to renew it because I want to travel back my fiancee country, and assist my fiancee to enter U.S. if everything get approved. If I renewed it, I will get the new passport number, and will it affect the petition progress, and what should I do with USCIS if I renewed my U.S. Passport? Any one has the experience on this circumstance, thank you very much.

Personally, I would attach anything you can to petition your case. I don't think there's any harm in explaining your past and present applications
Thank you. I will attach everything I had on my hand.

If I did the petition I-129F on Jan 2019, and I wrote a letter of withdrawal to NVC and Embassy. They accepted the letter and withdraw my first case. It past over 2 years. Right now, I want to apply the second one. Do I need any letter of explanation or my copy of letter of withdrawal or something I need to attach to my petition? Thank you very much.

CEAC status change from Ready to Refused
in K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports

Thanks for replying. I communicated with a visa agent, and the agent told me that we don't need to worry too much about the CEAC status right now since we haven't scheduled an interview date and haven't received the P3 instruction email from the embassy yet. The CEAC status is only valid for those who have attended the interview and serves as a visa condition for the decision made by the CO.
