    Thanks @balo101 I haven't submitted yet any document for divorce but recently my status changed to request for RFE , I am wondering if it is related to that should i submit all the decision paper ? Also in my divorce documents because my ex husband filed it, he mention that we did not stay together and and that he gave me jewelry as gifts nothing of which is true, but at that moment I was in a situation that my project was getting over and i might go back to my country and just wanted to end the torcher i decided to sign the papers as it is. do you think that can impact my case .

    Hello Friends, I have a question, i filed my vawa in nov 2020 and then i got my Biometric appointment for I-360 and I-485 in March 2021. In April 2021 i received my EAD with no fingerprint on it. I thought may be due. to some delay. I renewed my EAD last year and i still says fingerprint not available in the new card. It is a combo card, please suggest what should i do. Is it Okay to work or Travel on that card.

    Congratulations, very happy for you. I think i needed this at this moment. I know it is very hard to wait while still trying to deal with everything after coming out of such a relationship. could you please let me knowhow you got govt help in the psychotherapy.

    Hello Family, I know everyone is waiting patiently here, but it still concerns me on at what rate uscis is processing the Vawa application. Almost every other month the processing time keeps increasing and the inquiry tool shows 40 month to wait from receipt date before inquiry . Waiting hopefully for good news.

    I have filed my Vawa in 2020 from NJ. I have to move due to work to another state. I have sent the application to update the address but never received a response from USCIS and address is not changed as i received my prima facie at the old address even after requesting the address change. What should I do. pleas suggest. Can someone please help me out with this, i am scared of any letters getting lost due to old address.

    Hello Family, I have submitted my vawa application on dec 2020 I received an RFE in April 2021 and then. nothing since then. I wanted to check if anyone have heard anything from that timeline. the online processing time says 26 months but anyone know around what timeline people are receiving approvals?
