    Hi @Sandra G. I have few questions , recently I received my C31 EAD and I have C09 combo card which is expiring on May 2024. My questions are : 1. Can work using C31 and use C09 for travel? 2. can I apply for a new advance parole based on C31 before the current Advance parole expires? Anyone who has experience with this please share as well. Thanks

    I had my address changed in my forms i-360 and i-485, few months back when i enquired Uscis said they have updated the address. I received the approval letter at new updated address but they sent the c31 ead to the OLD address. now I am wondering if they have even updated the address correctly. Please advise what should i do because they might send any i-485 related doc on OLD address.

    Thank you, will Vermont process my I-485 or it will be transferred to a different office? I had already submitted Medical at the time of filing but as its over 2 years, I believe they will require a recent one.

    @TBoneTX The joke worked again. I received my i-360 approval today This is such a relief, to be honest I wasn't very hopeful but left everything in gods hand. I felt that I should share here first as this news gives happiness and hope to most of the members in this group. Off-course I want to thank every one who is helping and supporting us here. Thank you so much.

    Hello Family, I am working on collecting all the evidences to submit for RFE, and writing self statement. Do I need to hire an Attorney. I am not sure if i should, after hearing so many of horror stories. has anyone done all of it on their own, without attorney? and how much an Attorney would cost. Thanks in advance.

    Hello, This morning I received the RFE it is 5 pages long. it requires me to send the proof of 1. divorce 2. that we resided together, 3. Marriage with good faith, 4. battery or extreme cruelty. Can the statement in the divorce decree that we did not stayed together will impact. we stayed together but we were working in 2 different states to most of the time he was at my apartment and sometime I was at his as i was not allowed to work from home. I will send the personal statement that i have not shared yet. Please suggest or share such experiences as well anyone who had same scenario. Thanks.

    Thanks @balo101 I haven't submitted yet any document for divorce but recently my status changed to request for RFE , I am wondering if it is related to that should i submit all the decision paper ? Also in my divorce documents because my ex husband filed it, he mention that we did not stay together and and that he gave me jewelry as gifts nothing of which is true, but at that moment I was in a situation that my project was getting over and i might go back to my country and just wanted to end the torcher i decided to sign the papers as it is. do you think that can impact my case .

    Hello Friends, I have a question, i filed my vawa in nov 2020 and then i got my Biometric appointment for I-360 and I-485 in March 2021. In April 2021 i received my EAD with no fingerprint on it. I thought may be due. to some delay. I renewed my EAD last year and i still says fingerprint not available in the new card. It is a combo card, please suggest what should i do. Is it Okay to work or Travel on that card.
