    It's often enough to just send a simple letter explaining the details of your intentions.

    A signed business letter will do nicely.  No need to contrive something like a lease.  You also can write your clear intentions to enter the US with or ahead of your husband and that you will both live with your parents during the transition.
    No need to contrive such an agreement.  A simple letter of invitation will do nicely.

    Hello,
     I recently just passed the i-130 stage and now my case was transferred to the NVC.  I also amended my taxes.  Could take minimum 4 months.  As soon as my tax guy sends me copies I’m going to fill out form i-864.  Then after my amended taxes are mailed and filed I will order my tax transcripts online and then submit them to the NVC website.   Hope this helps.
