    @pushbrk it’s me bugging you again. First I wanted to thank you for all your help. My wife got approved for her immigrate visa we are set to move to the States from South Korea this November. Bad news: I suddenly need to get a serious surgery done her in Korea. Is there a way to postpone our departure or freeze our approval? I did see on USCIS page that it said for natural disasters or illnesses. But nothing on surgery. Think it was form I-539 thanks again!

    Thanks for responding. I sent an official document from my US bank showing banking activity/the address I will be moving to. That was one of the options to use. However it wasn’t enough to prove my domicile. My intentions are to move back to the states with my wife when she gets her green card

    Hello @pushbrk sorry to bother you again. All of my wife’s documents are submitted via NVC. However everything I send to prove my domicile in the US has been rejected. I’ve been living in South Korea for 10 1/2 years so it’s very difficult to prove my domicile. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks. I’ve already submitted my bank account to them and passport scan.

    Hello. It’s been awhile. I appreciate all your help. Question: my sister is is going to joint sponsor with me for my immigrant spouse. Her husband needs to also submit the i-864A. However, the both filed taxes jointly. What do I submit for him? Do I submit the same tax returns from my sister and her husband or does need something different? Thanks again

    What I meant about copies was that my tax account will fill out my tax amended forms but he will mail it to me me to sign then I have to mail it to the irs. I was thinking about just using my tax info from there to fill out sections of my i-864. I won’t upload my tax transcripts until I get them from the irs. When you have the interview in the final stage they’re going to want all original documents anyway. Hope this helps. I’m learning as I go too lol. Couldn’t afford to pay someone to do this for me. Would’ve been mice though!

    Hello, I recently just passed the i-130 stage and now my case was transferred to the NVC. I also amended my taxes. Could take minimum 4 months. As soon as my tax guy sends me copies I’m going to fill out form i-864. Then after my amended taxes are mailed and filed I will order my tax transcripts online and then submit them to the NVC website. Hope this helps.

    Anyone have anyone issues with the NVC/ceac website timing out/logging out? My wife and I are trying to fill out the DS-260 form. It logs us out every 10 minutes or so and you can’t save unless the page is fully filled out correctly. We’re using Google Chrome. Anyone using a different search engine? Please help. It’s becoming super stressful thanks
