On August 4, 2021, we approved your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, 

Most attorneys don’t like intrusions they want to be the only intervention! You can contact your senator without their knowledge! What makes them your senator or congressperson is because they are in charge of the division/constituency in which you reside so yes to your last question!👍

Technically work permit class C 31  is only issued to approved applicant . If you check https://www.uscis.gov/working-in-the-united-states/information-for-employers-and-employees/employer-information/employment-authorization. It says the same thing . For some reason a lot of people including me have to wait for official approval notice (I-360) . It’s kind of gray area that I am trying to figure out myself too . A lot of people on this forum say its approved once you receive C31 card , 

Congrats ! How long did it take you get I 360 approval notice after C31 EAD issued ?

Hello VJ Family. I just got more good news. My Case was approved after my C31. I am excited for my interview and green card. 
Does anyone know how long it takes to get an interview in I-485 was held in Abeyance? I want to know whether its worth applying for Advance Parole.

23-Sep-2019.     I-765 - Approved.
08-Aug-2020.     RFE on  Good Faith Marriage ( I-360 )
23-Nov-2020.     RFE Sent.
03-Mar-2021.     C31-EAD produced
05-Mar-2021.     I-485 Transferred to another office
01-JUN-2021.    I-360 Approved.
 
Now waiting for next step.

Could you share your timeline please .

To be honest with you I don’t know as I am in the same similar situation . Technically C31 EAD is issued only after the approval of I-360. I will ask my lawyer more about the details of how is how on Monday . Will let you know

got an RFE replied back by December 2019 
June9 2021 The card was delivered to me by post office EAD class C31 . Still waiting on official approval notice on I 360
