  1. Sorry if this has been asked before guys.. But is it true that the Varicella/Chickenpox vaccine is not necessary? I'm so totally confused right now..
  2. Thank you so much. I'll pitch this to hubby when he wakes up from his nap.. Thank you 🙏🏾🙏🏾
  3. Thank you so much for this. And pre-clearance is always happening. Its not like I have to arrive at a certain time correct?
  4. Oh thats good. I was looking for a way to do preclearance when my time comes. So basically, I get to Canada, collect my luggage go through preclearance and then check in for my flight to the States? How long do you think I should allocate between flights? Considering I may end up going through processing in Canada.?
  5. @Jeanne Adil So if I'm in possession of a Cr1, can fly through Canada? Is it possible to go through preclearance there?
  6. Thank you so much for this @powerpuff You're a star!
  7. Hello once again. I'm currently waiting on my DQ and trying to be little proactive. I am a Zimbabwean living in the UK (England), set to interview in London. I was reading up on preclearance and was wondering if anyone could help me with a few questions. If I got a ticket to the States that flew through Dublin (IE: London-Dublin-USA point of entry)to take advantage of the preclearance option, would I need a transit visa? Or would my ticket showing onward flight on the same day be enough? I don't intend to leave the airport at all. I'd just rather get the the immigration check sorted before I fly. Please let me know..
  8. Also.. If she's travelled on vacation with documents like a birth cerificate etc etc, surely that shows intent to immigrate.
  9. We did.. Contrary to what most people say: To wait about 2 or 3 months after filing i130, we filed our i129f on Feb 6.. We had filed i130 online so had a NOA1 pretty much the next day. We used that and the form i129f to initiate K3. I129f was "Received" Feb 9, but didn't change, not even to "actively reviewing"... We got i129f officially denied on 25 April, the day NVC received our case from USCIS...
  10. Filed I-130 Feb 1 online, went from Potomac to Nebraska then approved I-130 on April 21..
  11. Thank you so much. Your advice has always been so helpful.
  12. @ROK2USA One more question 🙏🏾😬 Once our documents are submitted, should we expect an email to acknowledge we've submitted? Or the waiting just BEGINS from the time we click submit?
  13. Thank you so much. You've been of soo much help with my constant questions. Hubby paid AOS and IV fees last night so that's currently in process. We have put together all supporting docs and proactively filled in the I-864EZ so that the minute it goes to paid, we can complete our process thoroughly. Honestly I can't wait to be waiting 😂
  14. Hello all. Our i130 was approved April 24th. I'm a bit confused about the next steps and just wanted to confirm: We pay the AOS and IV fees then wait for it to reflect as "paid" in our CEAC, then we fill in AOS info (and upload relevant supporting docs), then fill in ds260 (and upload relevant supporting docs).. Then we wait for NVC to review docs.. Is this correct? If so, where does the ds261 come in?
