    I agree wholeheartedly with this. I would be so my own sue diligence before I petitioned for another foreign spouse. You are brave because after that experience, I would not have done that again and if so, not a high fraud country. Focus less on the immigration piece and more on the legitimacy of the relationship so that when you do file, you are confident that you can withstand and additional scrutiny.
