    Hi everyone I had an RFE last April, response was sent by mail. I noticed that my online account kept saying that my response was received on 2 different dates which I haven't sent anything on both these date. Last update was so recent which I haven't send any. Is it normal or I must report this issue?

    Congratulations....I did my biometric yesterday too....got email this morning saying we took action on your case ...I logged in to check but still the same..under review.

    It varies..from 3 days up to few weeks

    No worries..G1145 is to recive electronic notification about your case via email or texts to your mobile phone...you will receive all notifications by mail regardless of sending G1145 or not....and once you receive your case number you can see any updates through USCIS case status tool.

    I did , he is about to be scheduled for major surgery in few weeks because of a work accident and he is all alone there. If that is not enough I am not sure what is.

    I am not shopping for reasons to expedite. My fiancé is the one having health issues that i submitted and no answer.

    Hi guys, so I think this is a common issue when a case transferred to the embassy and waits for months. I am trying to ask for experience like that on how to make the embassy work on my file. I tried to send emails with health reasons asking to be able to have interview but it doesn't seem to be working. Any ideas. My case is k1 been at US embassy for over 2 months now. They haven't sent any emails and there is no slots available to book an appointment. Thank you.
