Hi everyone  

  I had an RFE last April,  response was sent by mail. I noticed that my online account kept saying that my response was received on 2 different dates which I haven't sent anything on both these date. Last update was so recent which I haven't send any. Is it normal or I must report this issue?

02/22/2023 - AOS Approved

I did expedite over a month ago. Sent evidence late December and waiting 👍

So my EAD expedite request was finally approved on December 28th and I received the combo card on January 6th. So glad I can now work and travel. All the best to everyone still waiting for their EAD

Here is how I'm guessing to interpret the data.

For example, I-765 cases that begin with IOE09171*****

There were 9221 Received, 531 RFEs, 119 Rejected, 3024 Approved, and 6696 Other (which I assume is still waiting for biometrics, actively reviewing, or other waiting status).

 

Don't assume that the IOE* numbers are in numerical order as received, or in order of Priority Date, or in any order, etc.

From the reddit discussion, it seems that the IOE* assignment is fairly random.

But nonetheless, these are the only sites that I've come across with any data insight while still waiting for AOS approval. Hope this helps those still waiting...

Congratulations....I did my biometric yesterday too....got email this morning saying we took action on your case ...I logged in to check but still the same..under review.

No worries..G1145 is to recive electronic notification about your case via email or texts to your mobile phone...you will receive all notifications by mail regardless of sending G1145 or not....and once you receive your case number you can see any updates through USCIS case status tool.

I did , he is about to be scheduled for major surgery in few weeks  because of a work accident and he is all alone there. If that is not enough I am not sure what is.

I am not shopping for reasons to expedite. My fiancé is the one having health issues that i submitted and no answer. 

Hi guys, so I think this is a common issue when a case transferred  to the embassy and waits for months. I am trying to ask for experience like that on how to make the embassy work on my file. I tried to send emails with health reasons asking to be able to have interview but it doesn't seem to be working. Any ideas. My case is k1 been at US embassy for over 2 months now. They haven't sent any emails and there is no slots available to book an appointment. Thank you.

  My k1 is about to expire on the beginning of January 2022 , My case is still at NVC waiting .US embassy in Addis Ababa is currently suspended all routine visa services. What can I do? I tried to transfer case to near US embassies  but no luck .

Hi guys, I want to ask those who needed police clearance certificate from Saudi Arabia and they were already out of Saudi Arabia. How the process went, what the interviewer said  and have the visa approved???   Thank you.

I am sorry for what you been through, pls don't be hard on yourself because you believed him, be strong and do what is recommended . It is a hard lesson so you be carful in the future , not all people are nice and God fearing. Good luck.

Hi guys, we applied for k1 visa recently , I applied for B1/B2 visa before the pandemic and I  managed to book an interview for the B1/B2 visa on December 2021. In case I attended the interview and got denied... would that affect my k1 visa ? and is it ok for me to say that the purpose of the visit is to see my fiancé and we are already applied for k1 visa?
