I can’t believe it. My heart is still racing and my hands are still cold. Baltimore FO - approved in 4 months & 20 days - no RFE, waived interview, all DIY from K1 to AOS.

    K1 AOS Timeline

    10/03/2022 - Priority Date
    10/26/2022 - Biometrics
12/30/2022 - EAD/AP Approved (expedited: previously posted here too)
    01/09/2023 - EAD/AP On Hand
    02/22/2023 - AOS Approved

I can entertain questions if you have any although I‘m not an expert. I’m keeping everyone in my prayers for faster processing! God is good. 🙏🏻

Congratulations 👏..I hope we all hear good news soon

For those with case numbers starting with IOE*, here is a cool site with data graphics.

    https://hilites.today/uscis_cases/ioe-stats

You can use the slider at the bottom of each graph to find your range.

Here is how I'm guessing to interpret the data.

For example, I-765 cases that begin with IOE09171*****

There were 9221 Received, 531 RFEs, 119 Rejected, 3024 Approved, and 6696 Other (which I assume is still waiting for biometrics, actively reviewing, or other waiting status).

Don't assume that the IOE* numbers are in numerical order as received, or in order of Priority Date, or in any order, etc.

From the reddit discussion, it seems that the IOE* assignment is fairly random.

    https://www.reddit.com/r/USCIS/comments/yn60ig/decoding_ioe_case_numbers/

But nonetheless, these are the only sites that I've come across with any data insight while still waiting for AOS approval. Hope this helps those still waiting...

    Thank you.

    Hey everyone!
we sent in our application yesterday but did not include G 1145 in there. Im justing knowing about it now as i read this thread. Is it going to be an issue?

No worries..G1145 is to recive electronic notification about your case via email or texts to your mobile phone...you will receive all notifications by mail regardless of sending G1145 or not....and once you receive your case number you can see any updates through USCIS case status tool.

  4. Hi guys, so I think this is a common issue when a case transferred  to the embassy and waits for months. I am trying to ask for experience like that on how to make the embassy work on my file. I tried to send emails with health reasons asking to be able to have interview but it doesn't seem to be working. Any ideas. My case is k1 been at US embassy for over 2 months now. They haven't sent any emails and there is no slots available to book an appointment. Thank you.
