My I-485 priority date is April 6, 2021. I did not take it into account when I expedited. In May 2021, I just went online to USCIS's Emma, chatted with a live agent, and asked for an EAD expedite because my husband really needs someone trustworthy to help him with his business. I got the biometrics notice on June 16, 2021. Then the AOS interview notice mentioned in my post above.

Congrats @Adventine! That's insanely fast. How long did you wait after your PD before you expedited? How did you go about doing it? Was it before they scheduled your biometrics? Sorry for all the questions, just curious 😅

I'm stunned. My I-485 (green card) interview has been scheduled, 3 months after I filed the initial AOS packet. I wasn't expecting the AOS interview for 1-2 more years, based on the USCIS processing times for my field office (Memphis).
 
I didn't request for an expedite for the I-485. Only for the I-765 (EAD).
 
I-485 Timeline:
July 7, 2021 Interview Was Scheduled July 2, 2021 We are ready to schedule your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, for an interview. June 28, 2021 The fingerprints relating to your Form I-485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, were taken. April 28, 2021 We accepted the fingerprint fee for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status. Our National Benefits Center location is working on your case. April 6, 2021 Case was received.    

We sent our AOS Package #1 on 6/2, it was rejected on 6/18 due to card card declination (stupid Bank of America! 😠), received our original package back to us in the mail today on 6/23....but we didn't receive any text messages. 
 
We resent our AOS Package #2 on 6/18 with updated forms of payment, it was received on 6/21, and now, we're waiting for the NOA1.

Woke up today and saw the filling fees pending on our debit card, no texts/NOA yet but it's something. Fingers crossed you hear something soon if you haven't already.

Got our 3 noa1 letters in the mail yesterday! Yay! Weird tho cause we never received a text even though we filed the form🤷.
 
Our package was received on the 1st of June and the check was cashed on the 14th. Good luck to everyone waiting! I'm sure it'll come soon 🙂

I wonder if this has anything to do with the USCIS backlog...specifically for those whose applications were received in the beginning of June? 🧐
