From my understanding,   the new administration they want to require every marriage based case to have an interview,  under Biden he had many of these waived.

Anyone else just receive the NOA 1 letter in the mail but not the extension letter and notice that they're reusing the biometrics? Online we got the 48 extension and notice about reusing the biometrics but never received from uscis a mail notice

Case now showing being actively reviewed 

Getting ready to send off our packet.. since we can't use paperclips and fasteners, how did you hold or separate your documents,  also who's more dependable,  usps or fedex/ups

Is income considered this time around? Will there he an affidavit of support to fill out?, What about passport photos?

I had a question about rental agreements... if you're month to month and haven't moved since the aos, will you just send the same thing? Because it's rental to rent, we're not required to resign  a lease

Me and my husband is in the same situation,  he was approved 3/2, except they sent the EAD card instead and he got the approval notice , still no greencard or evidence that it's been sent

My husband's greencard was approved today!, Now we wait for the card in the mail

Good morning! My husband's expedite request was granted and his work permit was produced this morning!!! Expedite was requested Feb 15 2023

My husband got a notification that action was taken on his case... only for it to say the same thing, that his 1-485 is actively being reviewed.  We checked for new docs, nothing. Anyone had this happened before?

Right! I really hoped the same happened for my husband , he did his biometrics 12/29/2022 and still nothing...

Hello, I checked the case status for the I-485, and they scheduled biometrics... we still haven't received any physical notices in the mail, not even the NOA 1, how long does it take?

November filer for AOS here, we mailed it November 28th,  we just received our NOA 1 Dec 2, my question is I noticed our case number prefix starts with IOE, what service center would that be?

I got my approval for my K1 petition April 19th, I have yet to get an email or mail about my case number.  My beneficiary is from Nigeria and we were with the Cali service center?
