Anyone have any answers, regarding Melbourne police certificates?

My fiance's k1 visa interview is coming up for the Sydney, Australia consulate, we've done everything so far. My question is, does she need a police certificate that includes fingerprints, or can she just get a name check that discloses all of her information?

Do I need to sign the page i'm sending back and date it as well as put it in the little envelope they give you?

I'm responding to a USCIS rfe, in the rfe, usics is asking for page 5. My question is, do I sign and date the page 5 and send it back in or do I send in the entire petition all over again?

USCIS lost page 5, so they want me to fill it out again, NVC couldn't process it and uscis must've lost it,thanks for your help and all your feedback.

The NOI was just faulty, on the usics website, it says its a RFAE.

Yes, which is why I don't know what's going on, will just have to wait for the Notice to appear in my mailbox.

I sent in all required evidence, I94, pictures, everything that they wanted. A agent at uscis approved the petition the first time, they had to have checked to ensure everything was received. 

How long does this process take and the request is for additional evidence, what would additional evidence be? Everything was summitted  as per the petition instructions.

My approved k1 visa petition was sent back by the NVC to USCIS, now USCIS is claiming they need more evidence and issued a RFE or NOI, what does this mean and has this happened before?

My K1 was approved by USCIS on 1/25/2021, my question is in regards to an update by the NVC on 03/08/2021, NVC says they sent the case back to uscis for review. I was waiting for a case status/update by NVC, can anyone explain what this means, does it mean the petition was denined...etc?
