How will I know if my field office is slow or fast?
You can start by looking at the USCIS case processing time. Also try reaching out to others from your state and compare the time lines.

What did you do to get your biometrics? I read your post that you were waiting for your bio for how many weeks. Did you called them?
At one point I’ve tried reaching out to them but wasn’t successful😡. I kept getting the automated message so I just waited and stop checking my emails etc. and boom 💥 I got an update (12 weeks later) . I’m sure you’ll get an update any day now 🤞🏾

Filed in Mn on Nov. 9th, 2021, and finally got a notice today that my biometric appointment has been scheduled for Mar. 16th, 2022.
Estimated time* until case decision:
changed from 10 months to approx. 13 months 🤷🏾♀️

I received the letter immediately. Not sure if there is a way for you to follow up. I had to reschedule my appointment and after that it took 3-4 weeks for them to reschedule and send the letter. I'm in Nashville area though so I'm not sure if it's less busy than where you are.
I’m in Mn and they’re super slow. And it sucks not being able to reach out to them and talk to an actual human.

For the folks that’s waiting on a biometric notice or notice of reuse, how many days are you willing to wait (ex. 90-120) before you inquire about your case?

Today makes 12 weeks since I’ve submitted my application for my N-400 🙏 & 🤞🏾 That good news is on the way for all of us. Continue to hang in there. Sending positive vibes to each and everyone of you.

Estimated processing time change from 12 to 11 months. Exactly 8 weeks today since I’ve applied 🙁 and I haven’t gotten a biometric appointment or reused notice.
Congratulations to everyone that’s moving forward. Everyone that’s waiting we’ll be right behind 🤞🏾

6 weeks today since I’ve applied for the N400. 🙄 No notice since they’ve received my application. 🙏 we’ll hear some good news soon.

We are both on the same boat. I think it has to do with location. But let's keep our fingers crossed for the best.
Yes location definitely makes a difference. 🤞🏾 That I’ll get my biometric notice soon 12.9 will make a month since I’ve filed.
Anyone filing from Mn?

Mine changed to 11 months from 15 after they notify me that i can use my previous biometric data. Best of luck to you!
Edit: went back to check myUSCIS and it was updated to 13 months. Oh welp. My greencard expires in April 2024 and i'm glad that there is still time. *fingers crossed*
Thanks. Best of luck to you! Hopefully we’ll get through this process sooner than we think 🤞🏾

I did, for passing on the right, a few weeks after I arrived. Got a ticket, paid the fine, declared it on the n-400, the interviewer said it wasn't an issue at all. I included the ticket and receipt of payment in my evidence in the application.
Ok, my case got denied. A few days prior to my interview I got a ticket for passing a parked police car because I couldn’t merge over safely. Couldn’t pay the fine because it wasn’t in the system until a week after my interview. I was honest about getting the ticket at my interview and still got pre approved. They requested evidence and I responded right away with a copy of the ticket given. A few days after my interview I spoke to a traffic judge and they gave me two options pay the fine for the lesser amount or I could pay more and have it off my drivers record in a year and I assume that would be a better option. 🤦🏾♀️ I’m lost for words and don’t know what to do at this point. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.,

It was on 08/19/19. Request for evidence was received, I dint need to do anything at this time. Estimated case completion is in April and estimated wait time... we’re taking longer than expected.

Oath is tomorrow, when was your interview. Ours was Feb 16th. Received Nov 15th 2019
Congratulations! My interview was on 09/10/20. I passed my interview and was recommended for approval by the officer. Called for a case inquiry in December, no response to my request, called them again the beginning of this month and put in another case inquiry. Fingers crossed I’ll be able to get a case update soon.
