We just got notice and are officially DQ!! Now on to the next step! More waiting haha

This is all it says. All of the documents say submitted with nothing outstanding so I have no idea what they are on about.

We got our NVC email on March 3. We were approved on the 28th. So it shouldn't be much longer. We were speedy though from what I've heard. NVC got it really quickly. Most take a week or two.

We got ours too this morning!! PHEW! We are moving and grooving now!!

I checked for a post about this but couldn't really find exactly what my question was. Apologies if this is duplicate or if it was mentioned previously. I have a few questions regarding acquiring the green card after entering the US with an approved CR-1:
 
Can you start to work immediately after crossing the border if you had a job offer waiting for you? Does already having a SSN expedite this process? I have a SSN due to having worked on a visa previously.  Do you need a physical green card in hand to start to work? 

I couldn't find this thread so I'm starting one for the March 2022 filers  Please remove if there is one that couldn't find!

I checked the documents tab and no changes. But we will check again tomorrow! Fingers are crossed!!

Okay so our case status had never changed from "Your Case Has been Received and Receipt has been sent" until today. But it changed in the "Case History" section. Today it finally changed to "Case Is Being Actively Reviewed" with the date of June 23. So I went into Case History and now there are 6 lines in there with 2 different dates. What in the world is happening LOL

Interesting!! Ok. I'm going to try to end an inquiry to both our rep and congressman again and see what happens.

I think most of us are still waiting on this thread. But damn. Potomac sucks lol. That is all.

Amazing!! Potomac, as per usual, is taking their sweet time. I was Nebraska then moved to Potomac. Fingers crossed we see some approvals for the SC soon!
