Hello. We sent a message via the message system for this same reason. They fixed it after a few weeks.
Just finished chatting with a life representative... They said "Sorry, we don't know what to do, we can't help you, bye"....

congrats. can you please share your estimated completion time and also estimated waiting time in your profile?
Thanks! I'm not really paying attention to that estimated completion time, but it's still July 2021. And waiting time "We are taking longer than expected bla bla".

So many people in the April filers thread are getting biometrics and even interviews, would be nice to know what's happening on average.
Here you go... Data was retrieved today.
But again, some applicants have biometrics notice under the Documents tab and USCIS have not properly updated the case status, so it still wound show that "Case was received".

So not sure***
@millefleur have you tried this?

The notice has my old address, when my new address had been added/updated in October. Did not get any email or text notifications... My case status is still showing old info... So if I would not redirect my physical mail to the new address and would never check my USCIS account->Documents tab, I would have never known that I got this notice or, let's say, would have got an interview notice... So I would recommend everyone to check their account-> Documents tab every other day to avoid potential issues.

Hell freaking yeah!!!
I got bio reuse notice... Finally! Notice date: 1/13/2021. Las Vegas, NV.

Hey guys, I filed April 1st (so close to March), are there any March filers at the Chicago office here who are still waiting on biometrics?
I can get this info from Lawfully tomorrow and post it here. Last time I checked for March, 60-70% filers were still waiting for biometrics, so same figures as for April or May filers.

i have friends they got everything in 6 months here in Vegas, but it was end of 2019 maybe.
I do have a friend , who was a May 2019 filer, interview was in November 2019...But for some reason Oath ceremony was scheduled for the end of March 2020, then you know what had happened...

I'm a Vegas filer and my friend filed August 2019 - already had biometrics. Filed 1 month before me.
Did you mean August 2020? And you friend's home is in Vegas too? Did your friend filed for N-400 as well? And was it a notice of reusing biometrics or your friend had to go there to take biometrics from him?

July 2021. but no date for fingerprints yet. its been more then 4 months now
And if you are from Vegas, you only just can wait... Vegas office is super slow and looks like they don't really care about service requests... My case (May 2020 filer) - still no biometrics notice, my friend (April 2020 filer) - still no bio notice, my another friend (July 2019 filer) - still waiting for an interview notice...

I am from Vegas too and wonder what is your "Estimated wait time"?
July 2021, they received my case on May 14th. Filed online. But I'm not really paying attention on that Estimated case completion time.

We just checked his online account again this morning--the estimated completion date was pushed back ANOTHER four months to April 2022. That will be two YEARS to process his citizenship application.
That is insane... But usually the estimated completion date doesn't mean anything... So hopefully this is just a glitch. Mine still says July 2021 but I even have not got biometrics notice yet.

Are you able to see July status also ?
You know, I just figured out yesterday how to see any month without adding cases applied within that period of time ... But today this trick just stopped working (app was not updated or changed). So looks like lawfully devs are tracking logs and patching immediately the server side so people like me can't mess around with their app... Will try later again...

Ok .. seems you have the pro version.. thanks for sharing ..
Sure thing... To be honest it isn't worth to pay for the pro analysis, so if you just register to see your own statistic, should be enough... plus you'd see exactly the same screen as I showed above if you're a May filer. Maybe I'll just try to post the analysis let's say once a week or so...

I am wondering if your friend’s results (from case analysis pro) are for his location or total across the app.
That's from all N-400 cases (April 01, 2020- April 29, 2020) across the app.

You need to registered for this correct ?
Register and add your case. But for PRO analysis (to see other applicants status) you need to pay.

is that for your local office?
Nope, that's for all N-400 applied In May. But who added their case in the app of course.

Filed beginning of June. No update since receipt. I wish I had filed last year...
Las Vegas and May filer here... Well, a friend of mine applied in the summer of 2019 and still waiting for his interview. So unfortunately Las Vegas is extremely slow

Is anyone else seeing that "invalid date" part?
Same status I've been seeing for a month or so (after their big update on the USCIS website), May filer here. And same status in one of my friend's account, he's April filer.

That is from the Lawfully app, case analysis pro, from people who registered there and added their cases
