Hi Thank you so much for the response. So I did check the form and in the top right hand corner it says "Expires: 12/31/19." I did see the message you are referring to on the site that says this form will be updated soon but for now keep using one available. The only i 751 form available on the site is the one i used. Do you think Edition Date and "Expires: 12/31/19" is same? Can you please send the website link of the form you used.

Yes that's the form that I used. It says this in the top right corner: OMB No. 1615-0038. Expires 12/31/19.

Hmm.. I wonder why they rejected yours if you used this form though.. In your copy, make sure you have all pages (11 pages) since I know some people got rejected because they filed incomplete form with missing pages.

    Hi Everyone

I just received package from uscis. They rejected my I-751 application because of outdated version of petition form. from where i can download the newest version. I downloaded the form from https://www.uscis.gov/i-751. It doesn't have newest version.

It is stated in the uscis website that they are still using the 12/02/19 Edition Date, which is what is available in the website right now. Do you have a copy of your submitted form? Do double-check the edition date on the bottom of the page to make sure you used the right one.

    Good luck!!!

mine was delivered and signed by S. WEST on 12/5/2020 in Phoenix, AZ. Check not cashed yet and I’m getting worried day by day. Have you heard anything from them?

Not yet. Several people with application delivery date of 11/16 have just started seeing their check cashed based on the November 2020 filers thread. So I assume there is a major backlog and I will probably wait another 2 weeks before calling USCIS.

Morning everyone, my papers were delivered to the lockbox on Nov 5th. Check cashed on Dec 11. I never received an email or sms confirmation. I had to call to get the case number. What bothers me big time right now is that I haven't received the NOA. I see from the Google doc that 4/5 of those whose papers were delivered before Nov 10 already got their NOA. I keep calling the USCIS number but the system never lets me talk to a live agent. The trick that someone recommended before (repeating ''didnt receive a receipt number) doesn't work anymore :(( anybody having the same problem? My DL expires at the end of January so I have no time to waste :((

Try calling and say - 'Schedule an appointment" then "Infopass". It will reroute you to speak to an agent although sometimes the wait time is long (~1hr).

We mailed our package on Dec 1st with priority mail, but after the USPS delays it was finally delivered on Dec 7th at AZ lockbox. Still the money order hasn't been cashed, nor have we seen any email/texts or anything.  It's been 8 business days already. Anyone on here filed in Dec and got their checks/MO cashed or Filing fee processed? Or received any communication from USCIS?

Nope. My package was delivered on Dec 2nd and nothing so far. I called USCIS and they said my case wasn't even in the system yet.

The November filers are started to get their check cashed. Seems like it takes around 30 - 40 days now for the initial processing.

So I finshed printing and signing, checking rechecking my resubmission around 7pm. Right after I went t to FedEx to discover that they can't ship to P. O. Boxes. A bit of surprise to me but at least I purchased nice yellow envelope to send my package in it tomorrow by USPS. Any advice what shipping method should I choose? I'm thinking to send by Priority Mail Express. I'm not sure about certified mail who's gonna sign it if it's PO Box?

There is a different filing address for Fedex, UPS, and DHL for I-751 stated in the website as follow:

    U.S. Postal Service (USPS):

    USCIS
    P.O. Box 21200
    Phoenix, AZ 85036

    FedEx, UPS, and DHL deliveries:

    USCIS
    Attn: I-751
    1820 E. Skyharbor Circle S
    Suite 100
    Phoenix, AZ 85034

USCIS is also now rejecting forms with blank spaces! I know, its ridiculous but true. Refer to this article:

    https://www.newsy.com/stories/advocates-decry-policy-to-reject-visa-forms-with-blanks/

At first it was only certain applications and certain forms, but now its hard to know which applications this rule applies to. So basically, any field that doesn't apply to you needs to have N/A written in it. Its really hit and miss with this one.

So make sure your form is completely and entirely filled out.

Yeah it is stated in the Instruction PDF for I-751 that they require us to put N/A in places not applicable to us.

I wish USCIS would just develop an online submission system instead so we can avoid this ridiculous waiting time...

  8. @Fmert001 Check whether:

    1. You used the latest edition date of the I-751 form

    2. You filed to the correct address - Phoenix Lockbox

    3. You and your spouse signed the form in the correct place - Conditional Resident on Part 7 and US. Citizen on Part 8

    4. You provided the front and back copy of your current green card

    5. You provided the correct and exact amount of fees they required.

Good luck and let us updated!
