  1. You need to type MNL ..... maybe the site is down when you tried it! ;)

When i tried checking mine before i encountered the same problem, then i tried it after a couple of minutes or a day!

do you type your case number with the mnl? I tried and tried mine but it doesn't work for me. Will that mean I am not included in March? :crying::crying:

    Hello everyone,

For reference, our case number is MNL2007839xxx and our interview date is on Feb.7.

If you have your case number try to call the USEM or go to this site for your visa interview appointment http://203.177.135.10/ivappointment/login.asp enter your case number on IV Case Number then click on check appointment.

Be patient and try again just in case the site is down. I hope this helps!

  6. I put all my chat logs and some documents in a CLEAR BOOK. I just want to ask if Do I need to pull out all the papers that will asked from me? or I will just give the clear book since I already separated chat logs in one clear book and all supporting documents, prior meeting in person and so on in another clear book?..

I put all my documents in a clearbooks also, i just gave the whole clearbook to the Consular Officer. I used 5 clearbooks with 20 pages each for my interview documents. I put labels on each clearbook and side tabs for easy reference. The thickness of your clearbook must be less than one inch so that it will fit the window slot.

    This how i arranged mine:

    Folder A:

    Appointment letter

    DS 156K - 2 sets

    DS 157 - 2 sets

    Folder B:

Birth Certificates (Mine & my Fiance)

    CENOMAR

    NBI Clearance

    Divorce Decree (my fiance's)

    Folder C: Evidence of Engagement

    Pictures

    Engagement Ring receipt

    Emails

    Snail mails

Folder D: Other Evidence of Engagement

    Money Transfer Receipts

    Joint Bank Account

    Last Will and Testament

Folder E: Evidence of Personal Meeting

    Pictures

    Plain Tickets

    Hotel Receipts

    Copy of my Fiance's passport

Folder F : Evidence of Financial Support

    Form I-134 - 2 sets

    2004 ITR w/ W2

    2005 ITR w/ W2

    2006 ITR w/ W2

    Bank Statements

    Employment Certificate

I used clearbook on Folder B - F, i just used folder with slide for Folder A

Does the Form I-134 needs to be notarized for the interview??
