My I-751 was transferred early this year from YSC to NBC in Lee's Summit, Missouri and within 2 months of transfer, I got my 10 yrs GC without interview. My N400 was filed in December 2021, waiting for interview at Baltimore, MD.

any update? happy Labor day
Happy labor day. As of this morning, it is showing 9 days.

My assumption is if 9 days run out before you receive an update you can then do a case inquiry i guess. *fingers crossed*
Yes, I will tow the line of case inquiry but hoping and praying I would not have to do that...anything/good news can drop within the next 9 days. Thank you! How many days do you have on yours?

U have to log into your uscis account online to check the status. Not just check status but log into your account. If u don’t have one create one and add your case number in and go look. All cases started out with 13 months.
OK. I have an account, I just checked. Estimated time* until case decision: approx. 18 days. Thank you so much!

I am sorry to hear you are still waiting for yours, hopefully you hear something soon ❤️
Applied for N-400 on 12/24/2021. Old biometrics re-used. Nothing since then. The only positive after I applied for N-400 last year December was that my 10 yrs GC was approved and sent to me in May 2022.

My Interview appointment is at 11:30 AM.

Once Security screening is done then I went to Check-in. The lady took my photo and both hand index finger biometrics and guided me to go to 2nd floor and wait.I went to the second floor and waited for 2 mins and Officer showed up, asked my name, and said I will be interviewing you and follow me.
Once we step into his room asked me to put all my stuff in the chair and took the Swear.

I’m glad it is all going well for you! They should’ve just scheduled an interview for you since you already have an N-400 pending. Now, you’ll get a green card that you’ll probably have to turn in in a few months when you become a citizen. Whatever lol
Thank you! Looking forward to ending my immigration journey shortly with Citizenship.

Today, my I-751 status just changed to New Card is Being Produced. So happy and praise God, the wait is finally over. From YSC to NBC to New Card is Being Produced. Now I will wait for update on my N-400.

The exact same happened to our removal of conditions case six weeks after I filed for naturalization. Someone else here also had a similar experience. I both our cases, the removal of conditions was sent to the NBC for processing. I haven't had any further updates since Dec. 14, which was when my I-751 was updated to reflect that it was sent to the NBC.

I haven't heard from them since too. Let's wait for the good new soon. They will either approve the 10yrs without interview and call us in for N-400 interview or we have a combo interview.

YOU GUYS! My N400 interview got scheduled!!! Back in december they transferred by 751 to NBC for faster processing and today I got the N400 interview.
Should I take my partner with me to the N400 interview? They notice does not say anything about 751, only about N400... I assume this will be a combo interview? THANKS, I CAN'T believe we are SO close to the end!!!!
Wow!!! Congrats. I think it will be a Combo interview for you, Please take your partner with you and prepare for both N-400 and I-751. On the other hand, miracle can happen, you may see your 10yrs card in the mail shortly since nothing is said about your I-751.
I filed N400 in December 2022, YSC was transferred from YSC to NBC in February 2022. I should be expecting my interview anytime April/May going by your timeline.

good luck i hope you will get interview soon.
i am worried about why my i751 didn't get transferred after i filed n400.
do you know if i751 had to be transferred first?
Where is your center for I-751. There is a big backlog in YSC, I heard. I think my N-400 triggered the transfer so they can work on both. Some people in centers that are fast did not have their I-751 transferred, they just got approved for I-751 and N-400 interview scheduled , RFI or had a combo interview (N-400 and I-751).

hi everyone, are there anyone with status stuck at "fingerprints taken"
or n400 with pending i751?
I -751: filed November 2020, biometrics reused.
N400 filed: Dec 2021, biometrics reused.
I-751 transferred from YSC to NBC last month(- February 2022) to speed up processing.
Waiting for next update...N 400 with pending I-751

Hey, I just got this:
Case Transferred To Another Office
On February 11, 2022, we transferred your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number YSCxxxxxxxxxx, to another office for processing and sent you a transfer notice. The notice explains why we transferred your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your notice by March 13, 2022, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request a copy of the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.I think my N-400 I filed in December 2021 activated them to transfer my pending Form I-751 (since March 2021 when my fingerprints were used) to another office.

Why not file N-400?
YSC here. I filed N-400 in December 2021 with my ROC still pending. YSC is slow because of huge backlog.
-

YSC as well. Filed for ROC in October 2020. Biometrics were waived in January 2021. Figure they would not get around to her until at least this August based on the estimated processing times unless something changes. My wife wants citizenship anyway so why wait.
I wanted citizenship too, so reason I applied based on more than 3 years marriage and 3 years GC. I learnt YSC is slow with huge backlogs. I think they should transfer some cases to other centers that are faster. We just have to wait and carry on with our lives...

My wife went ahead and filed N-400 back in January. She has already received the 24-month extension on her green card so she is good through the end of this year. Hopefully something will be resolved before then.
Can you tell us your service center? Mine is YSC and have been stuck since March 2021 after biometrics were taken. I applied for N-400 December 2021, in " Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS" since December 29, 2021 after biometrics were reused. I have 18months and 24 months extension letters on Green Card.

Had my citizenship interview on 1/9/2023 in Baltimore Office, Maryland. Had to wait like 2 hours after my appointment time. The officer was friendly and professional, he made me relax and did not rush or put me on edge, God bless him. Within 20 mins everything was done and dusted. Passed seamlessly, Oath ceremony scheduled for 1/24/2023.
Thank God I am through with my immigration journey. Wish all you guys good luck and a wonderful 2023!
