  1. How is about if you know from the beginning that waiver is an option, but still one should wait until the visa is denied at the interview then apply with USCIS?
  2. I have a puzzling question: I received three emails from NVC on 5/5 stating that all the documents are complete and they will contact the consulate to schedule the interview. But as I login the CEAC account, it contained two messages saying "All required applicant documents have been received and approved"and "Documentarily qualified". However there are two documents marked missing, although the two "missing" documents are within the accepted list of documents, and I can open them with no problem. These were accepted in the February already (before the first RFE). What should I do? I have sent a inquiry request to NVC and trying to call them, but it is so hard to get through.
  3. I submitted the different documents as separate files. As stated earlier by etrangais that we do not need to submit these as we had submitted the application way back in time last year. But since we may need to bring the new documents to the visa interview, and I do not want to wait another round of RFE, so I submitted anyway. The new documents were reviewed and marked accepted.
  4. 2-18-2022 RFE, submitted on the same day (I-864 document requires hand written signature, I only signed electronically in the first round) 5-5-2022 All documents qualified (additional unsolicited documents submitted on 5-2-2022, W-2, W-7, 1040 tax return of 2021) Good luck everyone.
  5. I wonder if anyone knows this. Since this round of document review passed over the 4-18-2022 (tax return due date), do we need to add the new tax return of 2021 or W-2 of 2021? I had a request of file from NVC on 2-18-2022. So I had been waiting for 3 months again for the document review. I do not want another round of waiting. Thanks!
