  2. Hey Zee!!!

Can you add me to the "Waiting for NOA2 list" now? My NOA1 date is 11/21/2007. I'm so excited I'm going to be on the list now!!!!!!!

    Thanks!!!!

    Jenn

    Hi Zee,

I don't see my NOA2 on the list. Please add me on the list.

  3. WE WERE TOUCHED TODAY!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can not believe it. I know that we may still get RFE...but at LEAST we know someone is looking at our file. Im in tears. I cant decide weather to laugh or cry...weather to be happy or scared. WOW. Mixed emotions. Almost 6 months of seeing the same date. Just to know someone opened our file and is looking at it. I wonder if a touch means they ordered our background checks? Or if it means the name check is done and now they are reviewing it. Either way...

    PRAISE BE TO GOD!!

I will be praying that it is your approval :)

Please God give NOA2 to amrssnowangel. I think your time is coming.

I don't think so. I was out walking around last night and I saw him flying overhead, heading south. I think he's on the way to Columbia to pick up Leidy

  9. Hi everyone......I live about 20 minutes outside of Washington, DC and just got back from my Congressman's office......It actually was interesting.....the liason with the USCIS called the Vermont Center and found out our case is with a case worker since November 1.....they said that because of the length of time they have been taking to process the cases that they are having to do an extra security check on the petitioner(from Noa1 until now) to make sure I have not committed a major crime or something......Also that our age difference......I am older then Oscar makes our case a red flag case for fraud........I know that earlier in the forum someone asked about that and they do consider that......I said the the liason that more older woman are dating younger men now and she said her husband was 10 years younger then her....but he lived down the street from her not in another country were someone has the right to scrutinize the relationship.......So I at least know they have it on someone's desk.....Oh please God say yes.....Lora

Do you live in MD side or VA side? If it is MD, what is the name of the Congressman did you pay visit?

Hi Omizo...I see your in Maryland like me....so perhaps this will help....

Hang in there Alane and Ramzis...it can't be much longer for you...

Thanks---I'm REALLY happy for you guys, but these times way past ours is nearly KILLING me!!!! Did you get the CRIS email or just see the update on the USCIS site? Really I want to know, and thanks, the always patient, Alane & Ramzis :whistle:

Just the USCIS site- no e-mail

    Congratulations

  12. I got a touch the day after I called and I thought it was because I called. It very well could have been because I called. Or maybe the system keeps track of who calls whether it go through the automated machine or not. I am not sure. Or maybe me calling the day before I got approved was a coincidence? All I know is I called and the next day got a touch but the USCIS page said the same thing (that they recieved the petition and sent out the NOA1 yada yada). I checked it like several times during the day just incase. It still didnt change. So I wasnt expecting much. Then later on that night I got an e mail that we were APPROVED. I checked it USCIS site to make sure (as if the e mail wasnt enough) and it said APPROVED! WOOT WOOT!

COME ON USCIS WE GOT MORE PEEPS WAITING GET YOUR BUTTS ROLLING!!!

    CONGRATULATIONS !!! :dance::dance::dance:
