    Yes in Manhattan. We moved at the start of September from Brooklyn. Not sure if the move or me nudging them about my RFE last week pushed it forward.

    In a complete turn around from yesterday morning, in the evening I logged into my account to see my case has been approved! No interview. A huge relief and very surreal

    Got to love waking up to a USCIS email… only for the case update to be they received my RFE response. The one I submitted in June and they had already marked as received! 🤦🏼‍♂️ This is exhausting. I just want to go home and see my family 😩

    I'm so confused by this system... more than I was before. People who filed this summer are getting full approval while others from last year are still waiting.

    In a similar position. When I managed to talk to someone last week, they told me both my I-485 and AP are at my field office and have been under review since August 9th... whatever that means as nothing on my case status!

    I'm in the same situation! Got my EAD a few months ago and had an RFE for our marriage certificate on June 4th. Since then, nothing. Been here nearly a year and want to travel so much!

    Hello everyone. I was wondering if anyone else on here has recently been with or is also being processed in NYC? I am struggling with how long the process is taking and have heard people in other states get their interviews for the GC waived, so am trying to work out what to do, if there is a massive backlog in NY, etc. Any advice would be appreciated! Thanks
