Hi folks, I am sooooo happy to see my EAD status update to New card is being produced!! Hope to receive the card soon!

Receive my bio letter today!!! Scheduled on 3/15.
I want to share two things I have done during waiting time from last Nov. But I don't know if any of these really working, or just the letter is coming as normal process.
 
1. I call USCIS on Jan 19, and call or live chat with USCIS several times while waiting for tier 2 callback. But I receive an email from USCIS on Feb 5, saying unable to reach me. So I call USCIS again for tier 2 on Feb 5, but I still don't receive any callback until today lol. This morning I receive tier 2 callback after getting letter. So I just tell him I have received the letter and ask him to put an expedited request again for my EAD. (I have requested it last Nov)
2. I used to send letter to my local ASC to request bio appointment 2 weeks ago. I choose 2 ASC offices near me to send letters.

Still waiting for my bio letter. Live chat with Emma last Tuesday, and live agent told me to wait for tier 2 call back. But no call back till today. So frustrated.

I received an email at 10:26 AM this morning from USPS informed delivery that shows a letter coming our way from the USCIS. I just checked the I-485 case status online and it says Request for Initial Evidence was sent, and says it was sent on November 12th. The employment authorization still says biometrics taken or whatever, and the travel document still says case received. The biometrics were taken on the 10th. We’re in riverside county CA. 

Yeah, you are right. Thanks for reminding, it can be other things. I am also checking other documents I sent in original pack to prepare.
I guess we need to submit 944 package no matter what, so yes, prepare ahead

Update for other people that may go through what I did and can't find answers the same way I couldn't. 
It's been 18 days since USCIS updated to rsay they received my response for initial evidence.
My work permit updated to being produced yesterday and my I-485 updated 2 days ago to "was scheduled for interview". 
So shocked in already getting an interview! My clock didn't reset at all it was just temporarily put on hold. The website and customer service lines give wrong information, talk to a tier 2 officer if you ever get in my situation .

Seems that we will receive bio letter before 944 RFE. Want to get bio letter soon!!
