    I’m from Brazil and I’m playing to go tu USA to visit my husband, I’ve tourist visa. 
    im planning stay there for 3 months and 20 day, the imigration agente Will thing it is stranger? 
     
    I’m being honest, I pretend back to Brazil at the end of 3 months and 20 days.

    OP is exempt from the Brazil proclamation because OP is spouse of US Citizen: https://www.federalregister.gov/documents/2020/05/28/2020-11616/suspension-of-entry-as-immigrants-and-nonimmigrants-of-certain-additional-persons-who-pose-a-risk-of That exemption includes B-2 travel.

    You should bring whatever you can to show strong ties to your home country and evidence that you'll leave the US again. You plan on staying quite long that might be suspicious to the CBP officer. In the end they'll make the call and nobody knows how they'll decide.

    While it might be more convenient,  the green card and passport names do NOT need to match.  My ex never renewed her passport and traveled several times without issue
